This dishwasher has been so amazing. As a great husband though it can frustrating because we will literally run out of plates and it won't even be half full so I can't use that as an excuse to not run it! 12/10 would recommend

This was a purchase to replace a Samsung dishwasher that completely failed while under extended warranty. This Kitchenaid dishwasher is supposed to be an upgrade and should be with almost a double the price unit. That being said, it's about the same in audible sound, and since it was literally just delivered, I've yet to form an opinion about the effectiveness of the cleaning. The delivery was scheduled by Bestbuy with a 3rd party, and after having to blow a day's vacation to be home for the delivery window of 12pm-8pm, they never showed up. I spent almost 3hrs plus holding on the phone and being cut off with no help that night. I personally drove back to the store where purchased the following day in order to find out where my appliance was. I was told that it was there. They didn't seem to have any knowledge of the non delivery. I told them I could not use any more vacation time to reschedule the delivery, and somehow they found a slot for me, that day, before I went to work. The whole exchange process was not very pleasant, and the extended warranty was a crazy series of hoop jumping to get any results. In summary, the jury is still out for me.

Very good dishwasher I like that it has only a few folding prongs because when they all fold like our last LG they start falling over it’s hard to put stuff in the dishwasher that way. It gets everything very clean and dry but it is a little bit louder than the LG

Beautiful high-end dishwasher that was thankfully available. The sales associate (Joey at Cumming, GA store) did a great job explaining its features. It is pricey, but is the first dishwasher in a while that really dries the dishes due to that extra fan it has and steam release function. Highly recommend.

Best Buy performed spectacularly to get a problematic order, none of which was their fault, correct in a manner that exceeded our expectations. The series of dishwasher we initially purchased had a problem. Best Buy replaced it with a different model from the same manufacturer. Every one of multiple Best Buy people we talked to were spectacular and the intimate replacement was installed perfectly and works wonderfully. Thank you Best Buy -- you well earned a loyal customer.

Love the organization inside to allow more dishes each wash. Quiet and clean wash. Like the stream line outside with controls on top of door instead of front. Like the finish that keeps down handprints. Also like the payment with no interest plan.

The dishwasher looks great, it’s spacious and allows for an easy placment or dishes cups and other ustenciles. It’s quiet, however the normal cycle takes longer than normal.

I love how it has 3 racks. It glides pretty smoothly too. I love the fact it has the handle outside. However, it takes forever (2-3 hrs) for normal cycle to wash the dishes. I wish they have the screen in front instead of hiding on top.

It’s too soon to give the dishwasher five stars but I can say it’s silent. Mixed results with dishes being clean and dry we are still experimenting which mode works best.

Because of Covid delays, this product was unavailable for 22 months. I’m glad I waited instead of substituting it for another brand because it was definitely worth the wait. It is so quiet and looks beautiful in my kitchen . I would highly recommend this product.
