It works well however the container to pour the rinse in next to the dishwasher liquid drips is difficult to use without it dripping all over.

I love my new Kitchenaid dishwasher. It’s quiet and does a great job cleaning the dishes.

I have not installed this unit as of yet, but I have purchased several kitchen aid products and have been satisfied with all. This black stainless steel unit has been so very difficult to get but Best Buy came through!!!!

Excellent experience. The salesperson spent time answering the many, many questions I had about several appliances. Knowing I only planned to purchase 1 that day and more later. Full technical support and warranty at an excellent price.

THIS DISHWASHER WORKS AND WORKS WELL. I had a Whirlpool that wouldn't turn on and a Bosch that didn't dry. THIS WORKS WELL, CLEAN DISHES AND DRY no issues, I would recommend it.

We had to replace our previous KitchenAid with the same newer model and love it. Hopefully it won't begin leaking like the previous one.

We were surprised with how many dishes fit in the dishwasher. We're happy all around. This is the best dishwasher we've ever owned.

Good dishwasher but dishes still come out with film. Last 2 kitchen aids have had same issue with leaving film on glassware. Disappointed the It’s not as good as an older model that we previously owned.

This items main circuit board went out after 1 month of use. We purchased the geek squad coverage, which does nothing until the manufacturer ends. Manufacturer came out 7/15 and said it wasn’t working, I said I know that’s why I called you. Aug 6 they would let us know if the parts available. Parts still not available 8/15 and now they are saying we have to wait three weeks to see if the part comes in, before they can offer us any other options. I will say, the month it worked it was great!

Kitchen Aid dishwasher was installed by best buy 's professional installers and it was a good service experience. Best Buy sales folks were also great to understand my requirements and deliver them.

Purchasing online was easy. Setting up delivery and installation was a nightmare. In the end the product performs beautifully.

Super quiet, super clean dishes, and this thing actually dries 99% of the dishes 100% of the time. The only items it will not dry are items that allow water to pool.

Having total tech was helpful with having Best Buy choose the best company ( reliant installations) to install all my appliances. They were professional fast and knowledgeable in all aspects

My third Kitchen Aid dishwasher! Quiet, efficient, and sleek!

It lasted us for 12 months exactly even though supposedly it’s on the higher end. The problem is when Best Buy sells it. They say hey pay a yearly subscription called total support and you get charged every year. That way you’re protected for 24 months is included service and parts, but just realize for them to come to your home you have to pay at least $100 so anybody buying any type of appliances needs to realize that in 12 months you’re gonna have to pay another hundred dollars
