First Dishwasher from Bosch did not work because they could not connect to piping because of close bottom. The KitchenAid dish washer took forever to be delivered and then Best buy sent different model than ordered. I have not received any explanation why this happened and no apology. One thing I liked was Best Buy was competative.

Terrible dishwasher

And this is the worst dishwasher I have ever used. Its parts failed from one to another. First, it's the drain pump, then the heating compartment, and at latest it's the motor pump. The cost to replace will be half of the price we bought the machine. As far as I know, I am not the only user have such bad luck. Other things worth mention are, it's not a quiet machine. The whole house, not in quiet nights, can hear the noise when it's running. Last, because of adding top rack, lower rack is not as high as old models. Sometimes it's hard to arrange large items.

The first one had an unbelievable loud noise coming from the Moter. The second had a large dent in the side of the door. Thought third one would be the charm but back to the loud buzzing sound from the Moter along with a frowning sound at certain stages of the wash. Not to mention it sounds like you’re in the dishwasher the water noise is so loud. This site will not allow video which they should for better reviews. People wouldn’t purchase this if they could hear it on a video! Will look at Google reviews to see if they allow videos. Had many kitchen aids before this one and boy have they downgraded!!!!!

I was told that the first one was a one off and they are excellent. So I bought it again in newer version and it leaked all over my floor and literally started flashing codes at me and needed to be replaced. Never again!
