I really like the design and functionality of this refrigerator. The ice and water dispenser is convenient and works smoothly, and the measured fill feature is a convenient feature, very helpful for filling bottles accurately without spilling. The fridge is spacious, runs quietly, and keeps food at a consistent temperature. Overall, i feel it was thoughtfully designed. However, I’ve noticed condensation forming on the freezer gasket, which is concerning. While it hasn’t affected performance yet, I’m worried it could lead to mold, sealing problems, or long-term wear. If this issue can’t be resolved, I may have to consider returning it, which is disappointing given how much I like everything else about it.

We had to return the first refrigerator that was delivered because it was very noisy when the compressor was running. Best Buy was true to its word and had another refrigerator delivered which is working perfectly. Glad to have dealt with Best Buy as they resolved our problem promptly; also liked their no interest for 18 months financing too. Would purchase from Best Buy again.

Owned for a little over a month. I love the room this refrigerator has. The ice maker works well but the dispenser throws the ice out hard which I'm not crazy about. Also the dispenser is too small for any tumblers. Love the room the freezer has!

Excellent service, the fridge is beautiful and works perfectly, spacious, the color and handles are my favorite. The best buy geek squad were excellent, corteous, explained and answered all my questions, overall a very pleasant experience would recommend 100%.

Love how roomy this fridge is and the adjustable shelf for tall things. Very sleek and beautiful inside and out. Enjoying the water dispenser and ice maker since my 27 yr old Kitchenaid fridge did not have that. Love how easily I can see everything in this fridge too.

For more than a year we’ve been shopping for a refrigerator, our old fridge is still working but it’s been on its last leg. The price of the new fridge we like almost prohibiting. A few weeks ago while I was shopping at Best Buy’s online l had seen the open box link. A short trip to the warehouse and there we found the fridge we always wanted at a very affordable price. in a few days it was delivered and what a difference it made in our kitchen. This Kitchen Aid product looks like a million and it performs even better. I never seen my wife so excited about an appliance before “it feels like I am at the store when I reach into this fridge” she said!

So far so good. We are enjoying it. We have the space we require to store our food and snacks. Beat of all the water dispensed tastes great. For some reason we have noticed some condensation on the door. I need to figure out what could be causing this. Bus so far we are very satisfied.

I was surprised to find that my finger prints did not show up on the fridge when I touched it. I was also surprised by the brightness of the built-in lights. The storage capacity is also really good. I was able to move everything from my old fridge to this one with a lot of room left over. I would highly recommended this fridge to anyone.

We bought a KitchenAid because of the reputation for quality. We have gone through several refrigerators and they break within a year. We have had this one for almost 4 years and it's a good thing we bought the 5-year warranty. The space is very small even though there's not a huge ice maker inside of it to take up half of a shelf. It is hard to fit items on the doors and we are waiting for the repairman because it no longer makes ice. From the very beginning the seal between the refrigerator and freezer has always been wet but we've had a lot of situations going on over the past few years, and have not been able to address it. The seal being wet should not affect the ice maker because the ice maker is in the refrigerator not the freezer. It is very loud. Sometimes it sounds like there is a dump truck in the kitchen, and sometimes it sounds like it's sending a fax. I don't love the industrial handles but to buy regular handles instead of the industrial look was way too pricey.

I purchased all new KitchenAid appliances when I renovated my kitchen. My 27 cu ft French Door refrigerator is so quiet and so roomy and I love the ice maker located on the inside door! The platinum interior and pull out drawer compliment the interior. I highly recommend KitchenAid!

So glad I chose this KitchenAid refrigerator to match with my KitchenAid stove. Love all the features and the beautiful matt gray color inside against the panel lighting is so spectacular. I enjoy opening my fridge everyday just to gaze at the luxurious inside and especially the movable tray. Also, appreciate the measured fill feature on the outside water/ice feature. I am very pleased and satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend this KitchenAid Refrigerator!

High quality refrigerator with beautiful interior. We recently had to replace our old refrigerator and spent several weeks deciding on brand/model and kept coming back to this model of KitchenAid. Ice dispenser is fast and holds a good amount of ice. Only small critique is the dispenser and ice maker are slightly louder than our previous refrigerator (which was a Kenmore Elite). Not really a big deal but something to note. Would highly recommend this purchase.

This refrigerator is the greatest! We bought one and had it for 6 months and then sold the house; but loved it so much we bought another one for our new house. Lot's of room and we love the layout

We absolutely love this fridge! I was really concerned about downsizing from my larger old frdge, but this Kitchenaid has plenty of room... and the icemaker actually works! We've had it over 2 months, with no complaints.

So far so good! I love the space, very well put together. Finally have an ice maker that doesn't drive me crazy. If I'm getting nitpicky, I would say it would be nice if the water/ice weren't so recessed because I have a hard time filling larger items, but that's very minimal when comparing the quality to other brands. This is way out in front.

I love our new fridge. It’s got a ton of storage and it’s aesthetically pleasing.

We didnt want to buy a new fridge, but after our 3 y/o Whirlpool up and died a secind time, it wasnt prudent to bring it back to life. Wife heard this Kitchenaid call out to her as I searched for another Whirpool. Happy wife, happy life, right? Except im just as happy as she is! This was built with large families in mind. The features like "measurable" water output is really Extra. The small ice cubes with a great ice crusher is my favorite feature. But hey look! A place large enough for a frozen pizza!This fridge is as beautiful as it is functional!

I love the configuration of the shelves and the wider shelves as the wider French doors for refrigerator allow space for wide sheet pans. The drawer on bottom is also more usable with wider space and pizza slot in front. The wide shelves in doors allow for storage of half gallons or even gallons of milk or tea. The icemaker in door is easily accessible. However changing temperature was a challenge as lighted icons don’t adjust it up or down. Had to press the confirm below icon and couldn’t find any information about procedure in Owners manual.

Overall I love the kitchenAide - I’ve had kitchenAide fridges for 20 years or more. Love the style, the features and reliability. Only had the latest purchase for a few weeks so I’m hoping it is just as good as my old one.

We were are very happy with this Fridge. Never going with any other brand again. The product is made well and looks great in our space. All our food is stored neat and orderly.
