Burners work great and all our first meals and baked goods came out great from first time use. Convection takes a bit to get used to but cooking times were greatly reduced from our previous 18 year old stove

I love my new range. It is nice to have the 5th burner and I love the confection feature. I have only used the oven a few times but was happy with the quick preheat and all the features available.

So far, really like this range. Only issue we had was the flames were too high, even on Low. Installer should have adjusted, after converting to LP. We checked Installation instructions, and we were able to adjust ourselves. Also, the instructions for the 2 kinds of convection choices aren't real great, but I suppose we will figure it out. Really like the stainless steel top.

I purchased this stove to match the rest of my appliances in my kitchen and this was a great addition. I’m loving the convection baking and the griddle. My baked goods are coming out perfect and I can’t believe the difference this stove is making.

Not sure why Best Buy asked me to write review because my purchase was ultimately canceled.
I purchased an open box unit from a local store for delivery. Day of delivery rep calls me and tells me "Sorry your unit got damaged during delivery, we're going to send you a new unit." "Okay, great, I thought."
The next week, day before delivery, I get a voicemail, saying, "sorry your unit is unavailable, please give me a call." It was hard to decipher the person's number to return call. I call back Best Buy and inquired about the voicemail and my purchase. The rep explained the unit was out of stock and that they should be getting more that night. Again, "Okay..." I thought. The rep changed delivery to a few days later.
In between the 2nd and 3rd attempted delivery, I called Best Buy again and asked them "Hey, can you locate my unit and put my name on it because they tried delivering the twice now." "No we don't have control over that." "Fine..." After some back and forth with the rep figuring out whats going on, apparently, Best Buy is NOT offering a new unit but rather, a NEW- open box unit. Again, "Fine," I thought, just send me something."
By this time, I am highly skeptical. First Best Buy promised me a new unit. Now they say it's an open box unit. I don't understand how they can tell me they are sending me a open box, unless they stock open boxs in their warehouse for circumstances such as this? Also why are they scheduling delivery dates, when they haven't been able to locate a unit? But fine, I'll wait again.
Day of 3rd attempted delivery, I get a call again and they said the same thing as before to me, "Sorry, its unavailable." This time I explained to them that they are going to continue scheduling delivery dates with no unit able to be delivered. The rep thought about it and agreed with me.
I explained to the rep, Best Buy needs to give me some sort of compensation for the time exerted in anticipation of a promised delivery that never materialized. Of course I got the "Oh we can't do that. You need to talk to the store , etc etc." "Well the store is going to tell me to talk to you..." And in fact, that is what happened.
The next day I tried calling Best Buy again, with the same intention of explaining to them they need to compensate me somehow and that the store told me exactly what I told them they would say. However, best buy blocked my number and canceled my order. I had to use a different phone to call in. This time the rep agreed with my claim for compensation and sent a memo to the store to call me within 24 hours for some sort of compensation. After a few days (because it was the weekend) the end of monday had come without call. I called the store monday afternoon, and talked with the manager. The manager was pleasant to talk to. Insisted he could not honor the open box price or give me further discount. He finally offered a $50 gift card, which I accepted."
Long story short, I felt Best Buy took me for a ride; promising to deliver something that they could not deliver. I I understand they couldn't deliver an open box to me because it was damaged, but if they just canceled the order right there and then, I would not have to jump through all these hoops to prepare for delivery and making phone calls to understand what was going on. I would be fine if they just told me it was canceled, but because they dragged me through the process, they needed to compensate me in some way. The gift card the manager offered was really a measly way of saying, "Here, stop calling us."
Yes, I purchased the unit from a local store, but it was corporate who told me the misleading information that they were sending me a new one. So, I neither received my original open box, a new unit nor a new open box. I don't see how its the store's fault or their responsibility to compensate me, when its corporate who made a false promise.
So now, I am still on the hunt for a stove... Too bad I didn't get this kitchenaid, it's quite nice.

Reason for the 2 stars is that my unit was delivered without the included griddle which is a key accessory that comes with the unit. Best Buy - who is normally very good about issue resolution - told me they can't handle missing accessories and to reach out to Kitchen Aid to resolve it as a warranty issue. That's not the right way to handle it. I bought it brand new from Best Buy - Best Buy should have gotten me the included accessory without asking me to resolve it through the manufacturer. After hours on hold with Kitchen Aid over the course of several calls, I gave up on my griddle.

Just had my new gas stove installed. Very easy to use. Switched from electric to gas because gas is easier to regulate and cooks faster. So far it is what I expected.

After having a range that sucked, this range has been amazing and has exceed my expectations. It also included the removable flat top.
