Installation was a disaster..scratch my floor, took 3 hours to install.. was obvious the person didn’t know what they were doing.. still not sure they did it correctly

Still not working. Ordered in May, Delivered in July. Plugged in didn't work, Ordered a replacement. Still waiting. But you have my money.

Failed twice in 5 years with very light use, and downdraft is weak to begin with. There are very few downdraft dual-fuel stoves available in the market, so we paid the $3,000+ price thinking "at least it will last 10-15 years" like ranges used to. The electronics and the heating element for the oven failed after 4 years. Paid nearly $1,000 to have it fixed (by factory technician with original parts). A year later, electronics failed again (it's on a strong surge protector, so it wasn't an external factor). Even when it was working, the heat was uneven. The downdraft is weak even on "high" setting, and the oven vents to the top of the stove (not into the downdraft). Overall, disappointing product.

We purchased this because we had few options in our existing kitchen. Not our first of this type of cooktop so we can say that this one is the worst when it comes to keeping it looking clean. In addition, after a few months of use, the cooktop is already scratched and dingy (again, not our first).
The overntakes forever to heat...an energy hog.
Controls need to be locked else you'll keep setting them off or on just by leaning near the stove to stir a pan on the back burner.
These is so much more but suffice to say this is an overrpiced poorly designed machine.

HORRIBLE Control placement.

Whatever Jackalope designed the touch controls on top of the range needs to find a job as far outside any design or engineering discipline as possible. I don't think these controls will last very long. They are constantly malfunctioning and every drop of water or grease activates various controls in the middle of your cooking. Fans turn on, baking temps get cancelled, the range suddenly goes into "self cleaning". HORRID HORRID HORRID design on what would have been a decent range. Whoever designed this malfunctioning sshow is seriously Logic Disadvantaged.

It hasn't work since the install "F2E1" error code. Maintenance was tried with a new front panel. They said that it needs a new computer board. WE waited two months for delivery and now we are told that the computer board may take as long as it comes from the factory. Almost three months you have had our money and we still do not have a working unit.

Best Buy and Whirlpool lied several times about delivery date took from 5 may 2024 to Delivery on 12 September 2024. But still not hooked up until 3 October 2024.
