I do like this design though. Western Digital is great too... but this one has a cable that tucks around the drive itself. ALWAYS BACK UP EVERY DRIVE.

LOVE IT

I bought this because I have a lot of videos from vlogging and I didn't want to keep everything on my laptop. I had done the mistake of doing that the first time. I am able to not only put my videos and pictures on here, but also the Final Cut Pro software so that it is not taking up space on my laptop. I love this device! Also, it is one of the few external hard drives that you DON'T have to format to work with Mac's. It's so easy to use, just plug in and good to go.

I love these hard drives

I can take these any wear, the protective rubber exterior is clutch when you accidentally drop a hard drive which does happen, and the added bonus of water resistance is great when your shooting out in the field and may come across bad weather or wet conditions.

Great Thunderbolt external hard drive

My MacBook Pro's hard drive was getting extremely full with 60GB of pictures spanning 20 years. I moved my entire Photo library over to this superstar and I plug it in whenever I want to review pics or work in Photos. It works equally as fast as my internal hard drive. Scrolling of pics is lightning fast. No one would ever know that it's an external drive based upon its speed.

Very rugged yet stylish

We though that this one was great having the built in protective case. He’s a senior in high school but will be going to college in the fall of 2019 so this will add the extra storage on the computer because we only purchased the 128 gb one instead of the 256 gb.
