    works great! I've used it with mostly Mac, and have never had an issue. I make youtube content, so i have a ton of videos, pictures, and music on it, and it has never had any import lag or anything!! I highly recommend!!!

    I purchased this external drive for my nephew. He asked me to find out why his MacBook Pro was so slow. He only has a 256GB of space and it was almost completely used. I freed up a lot of space by using the Apple Cloud. The external is for backing up his system. I love the drive and so does my nephew.

    The use of the device is very easy and so efficient. It is more compact and seems really sturdy. Something that I was a bit annoyed with was that the product was supposed to come with two cables, but mine only came with a double-ended USB-C which is no help to transferring files on a computer, but since I already started using it, the customer service offered a rebate of $10 to compensate. Overall great product.

    love these lacie rugged drives. I wish they still had the thunderbolt 2 port, but that's so minor in the grand scheme of things.
