Made 3 trips to Steele Creek store to obtain battery ordered by internet after assurance was compatible with my portable phone. Was wrong battery, amps were larger, and battery was a configuration that could not fit into phone. Despite my appaRENT DIFFICULTY WALKING, WAS ASKED TO RETURN to store WITH MY PHONE EVEN THOUGH ITS MAKE AND MODEL NUMBER WERE previously SUPPLIED TO order taker and again to the STORE.Still do not have battery and BEST BUY has lost this long-time customert.
