    When I fired it up with much anticipation, I had to first work through the fact that after it was refurbished it was left in "Developer Mode". After that I figured I would be good to go. The OS was responsive, everything seemed to work... until I tried to use the touch screen (which is listed in the specs and on the box, that it has). The touch screen did not work at all. Unfortunately I had to return this to a Best Buy store. I credit Best Buy with being awesome with returns. It was quick and easy and I walked out with a new Chromebook of another brand. I have confirmed that the touch screen is working flawlessly on the new one!

    shopped and shopped and shopped looking for refurb chromebook for kids with touch screen, so this appeared to be a great deal! Not so much, no touch screen despite what was listed on Best Buy site. Shipping was decent - not fast, not slow, and was delivered 2 days early. Easy set up and chrome OS did update to latest version quickly and without issue. I have no idea what model year this is, but compute power is sluggish. Overall basic system that can be used for home school assignments. Video is decent and works. Touch pad sometimes unresponsive for kids.

    It came in quickly but the keyboard didn’t work so I had to return it due covid we couldn’t have them fix it. So that was a complete wash of a purchase. I won’t buy refurbished again. Lesson learned.
