For the price, space, and what I needed to do(pictures,music, and tons of documents) it works well and hasn't disappointed me. It runs fairly fast and has a huge amount of space(which was the seller for me). It's a mid level laptop that gives the average person looking for a headache free laptop..Just that!!

This is a typical Windows computer. It has a nice processor and plenty of storage in the 1TB hard drive. I upgraded it to Windows 10 for free. It's not super fast but it's faster than our 6 year-old laptop that this replaces. Got it on sale for under $300.

This laptop is just fine for what I need it for. I am a college student so I wanted something with an easy reading screen, while also being affordable and somewhat lightweight. The laptop doesn't have any wow factor, but it does the basics well. I use Word 2016 and the internet daily, that's about it. The battery life is my only complaint. So if you want battery duration look elsewhere. If it isn't a big deal like it isn't for me it could be a good option for you.

We looked online to see what others had to say about Lenovo laptops as we had only owned HP in the past. Reviews were favorable for the value and price paid for this mid range device that matched the processor speed and memory of the higher priced models and brands. So far no problems, purchased Aug 20th and haven't had any complaints. 4 stars since we can't yet speak about warranty or Lenovo customer service, hopefully we won't need it!

I usually dock my laptops, so I didn't want to pay for one with a lot of bells and whistles. This doesn't have a touch screen, or backlit keyboard, but it does have a ton storage which I need, a fairly fast processor and it works. Haven't had an issue so far in the month I've owned it . I installed Windows 10 and it worked without an issue. It does have some bloatware, but it's easily removed. Good value for the price.

After buying had Geek Squad remove malware and install windows 10. Also use wireless mouse, if two fingers touch the pad it goes touch-screen mode. I use it to for web sites and download videos.Also installed ad-block plus The download time is better for most clips, Transfer from pc to flash drive is fast, usually under 10 sec for 200mb, old pc would take 45 sec for same size. Brightness doesn't seem as good, increased size from 100% to 120% to be easier to read and see items. Start up time is <20 sec, shut off is <10 sec. Windows xp was easier to navigate but with time this will as easy to use. The weight seems about half as much as old pc, 9 yr. old Toshiba, hardly any heat from pc, or the power adapter. Can use laptop on your lap without burning up. If I had to pick a laptop I would get an Apple laptop, for price and uses I do this works just fine. Down side is removing junk programs and brightness. Up side is price, under $350, weight, no heat from laptop or adapter, speed transferring files to flash-drive. Memory size, 1T, start-up and shut-down time. Having Windows 10 installed. Up side far out weighs the down-side. For my limited use this is a good fit for me. A higher priced laptop would have been a waste of money.

My husband was looking for a simple laptop for simple everyday tasks that didn't require anything special. We were looking at a similar model when we saw this one was on sale for a few more dollars and it had better specs. Setting the computer up was a breeze, upgraded to windows 10 for free, and all this took less than 30 minutes. There is another model they sell exactly like this that already has windows 10 on it, but we didn't want to spend more money for the convenience when we could do it ourselves. There haven't been any issues with the laptop since he has gotten it approximately a month ago. He has tried everything from the internet, streaming, and video, etc., and it has worked flawlessly. Great laptop for the price!!

I had to replace my Dell laptop because the screen had went in it after 3 years. Originally, I had purchased a Toshiba for my mother and was going to go that route as well, but it was not available, so I went looking for something along that lines in the same price range. I'm happy I didn't stick with that price range, but went a bit higher, because this is a completely unexpected gem of a find. I have yet to come across any issues, aside from the upgrading of Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, but that's to be expected considering that Microsoft had issues rolling out the upgrades. I also recommend this because this comes with computer maintaining software that not even my Dell or my mother's Toshiba came with, so much so that I really wish that Lenovo would market just that software for use on other PC Laptops!

I used a Lenovo for several years and can attest to its great performance and durability. This offer was perfect for my son as It had a good-sized screen and it was lightweight. I was almost tempted to buy one for my self.

This is a great value laptop, fast, light and has all the features needed for your daily activities: work, email, entertainment and study. I specially liked the DVD writer. Upgrade to Windows 10 was easy.

The Lenovo Laptop is quick and an incredible value for the price. What truly impressed me was the knowledge and support I have received from the Best Buy Store staff and the Geek Squad support staff which was and is VERY well worth the modest added cost. The bundle savings for laptop, printer, Office 365, Anti-virus protection and Geek Squad support is unrivalled.

Provides plenty of hard drive storage and fast enough for a psychology major without the need to run high computing power applications.

After having a terrible experience with a very expensive Toshiba laptop I decided to get a basic one so I wouldn't feel cheated if it turned to junk in a year or two like the Toshiba did. (The Toshiba had a broken screen on corner of the the screen due to the hinge freezing up and breaking the plastic under the metal casing, then much of the programs disappeared and then wireless quit working and it wouldn't connect to the internet even with a cable connection). Anyway the Lenovo works fine and the only problem is Windows 8.1. When I bought it they said it had Windows 10 but it doesn't and I can't figure out how to install Windows 10 but I am getting used to the disgusting mess of Windows 8.1. All in all it is a good usable laptop capable of doing what I need.

I hate windows 8, however, I can't complain about this laptop. Gets the job done, pretty fast.

Storage and speed is good, not into gaming, so the capacity and speed is fine for internet use, streaming, emails, etc.

I recently purchased this for on line college courses. So far it has met all of my needs. It's fast and gets the job done! All in all for this price point I highly recommend this laptop.

Bought this for wife and she loves the corei3 processor good value for price.

This computer is so much faster than my old HP. I would have given it a 5 star rating but this model does not have a scroll on the touch pad. Everything else about it is great!!

This machine came with windows 8 which I upgraded to windows 10 without issue. I found that the machine really started to perform once I upgraded the RAM which was super easy thanks to Lenovo. Just pop off three screws and put in the new stick of RAM. Of note, you need to get "low voltage" RAM otherwise it won't work. My main complaints are battery life and the large amount of pre-installed software that Lenovo included.

Its little slow to boot up, But when it comes up, It works without issues i3 processor at this price is a good bargain.
