USED! BEWARE!

The screen blinks black periodically, and it takes a while to load emails or social media messages. I just wanted it for some very basic stuff, and I'm struggling to do more than use excel/Word. I'm very disappointed.

Great machine, but not for high-end gaming.

It's not ideal for gaming, because of it's specs, but that should be obvious to most tech gurus. It is perfect for what it's intended to be used for - the office or home - such as internet browsing, simple programs, apps, and basically anything except gaming. Overall, a fully functioning and great machine for this purpose, strictly. If you want a gaming laptop, go with a Ryzen 5/7 or equivalent Intel. Although many people give Lenovo a bad rap, I actually like a lot of their laptops. Lenovo makes a good machine, and most of them last over 5 years, even if older they are durable. The volume is fine, and could be better, but this machine will function for any purpose. Overall, 4 stars out of 5, will get the job done! Extremely satisfied with Best Buy customer service and my purchase for what it's used for!

Latest Windows update takes up lots of disk space!

I was told by an associate that keeping Windows 11 in S mode reduces the amount of disk space used. That is not true. Takes up the same amount of space when not in S mode. A word or caution, the new Windows 11 24H2 update eats up an additional 20GB of disk space so that means you won't be able to do very much on it after the update (add apps, files, etc.) I am much better off with my other PC running Window 10 which takes less space. Sorry Lenovo and Microsoft, but you need to be more transparent on Windows updates and the space required.

I tried restarting setup three times, but it always freezes at the same point. I will bring back to Best Buy to exchange for another one today, but I’m concerned that quality control at Lenovo might be a bit sketch.
