for what i need its work out wall but the first one the screen gave out i had to take it back that was the big bummer i pay some one to get every thing i need on the one that broke and i told them and thy did not car at all

Nice Laptop

We are far from being a “tech person” but this is a nice laptop. Easy to understand and set up. The shipping service was outstanding. Not UPS so it arrived on time and was not damaged.

Good for work, browsing, and streaming.
Battery life and display are decent, but not premium.

Started out nicely. An update was loaded in and now the computer is locked up. Tried many ways to get on but microsoft won't cooperate. Now have to wait a week to have geek squad look at it.

Horrible customer service

I had a bad experience. I was told that I would get Best buy membership for $45. Sales persons said they take the price of the warranty off and put the $45 on. When I looked at receipt when I got home I was surprised. So I called the 800 best buy number Saturday night to tell them not to put software on my computer. Because I want to return everything. They told me they would contact the store and stop them. So when I got a call when they open to come get computer. I was not happy. But probably not as fault because he didn't get a message. I talked to management before I sat down with geek squad. I talked to manger. They Said I could return everything but I would be charged for the software that was put on the computer $80. I said they did put most of the stuff on my computer yet they said they need my password and me. Managers did not check on that I had to sit there and watch them put 5 things on my computer. Also, I bought an accessory and got charged for putting software on my computer that didn't work. The pen I bought was broken. It was an open box. They were supposed to test it to make sure it worked. They said that they had too many items in there to check the Bluetooth so I would work but it didn't.And the software I bought was supposed to be free at set online. I was treated horribly.
