    Somewhat disappointed in this computer. I have fast Internet service, yet Teams video freezes a lot. I have no files stored nor run any unnecessary programs. Very bummed.

    So far i like it lets be honest you cant review something honesty until you put it to the test. So first impressions i love but dont buy this based on that. Do your homework and make a decision based on that. I will edit when i kniw more. I was ask by best buy for this review but to me its way too soon.

    great pc but battery isn’t the best. I dj with it and it lasts for about 1-2 hours. Display and touch screen comes in very handy. Would get, cheap and safe option.

    The laptop is overall pretty fast for basic gaming but the booting takes forever for a modern computer. Restart almost takes a minute and that's not acceptable for a new laptop. The keyboard also looks very cheap and you can see the inside under the key. I don't think this keyboard will last long, which is going to be my top concern. Debating on returning this but black friday deals are gone. When you press the keys it feels stuck or makes werid noise orloud noises. This laptop is also dimmer than the others.

    So far it’s a good laptop. Have not had a chance to use it much. I had asked the salesperson if office products were already loaded/licensed on it or needed to be purchased separately. She said everything was on it but it is not still needed to purchase license to use excel and word
