Great price for a 2560x1440 monitor, comes with HDMI, IPS. Get it if you don't care about adjusting monitor settings. BUT. IT RESETS ALL ADJUSTMENTS EVERY TIME THE SCREEN TURNS OFF. This includes if you hit the power button, or if you unplug it, or even if your pc just goes to sleep. The brightness/contrast on this thing is far from optimal at shipment, so even after significantly increasing the windows gamma setting, it needs a substantial adjustment. Now I don't mind calibrating a display, but having to do it literally 5-10 times a day is insane. I spent over an hour searching the web for some fix or hidden way to save, including numerous "fixes" proposed by Lenovo in response to others' comments, to no avail. Sadly, I will be returning this monitor.

The display for a qhd is by far the cheapest ive seen the options to change contrast color etc are a pain to figure out you have to be in a certain mode to adjust and the adjustments are minimal it feels incomplete on the software side of the monitor the display is very nice and vibrant but thia is a pass if you want it for gaming it seems to always default back to 59 Hz there is one other issue the stand is junk the screen will wobble and shake. This is good for YouTube and picture apps of sorts.

    Great picture, horrible design

Pros: -QLED Picture Quality -Price. Got it on sale otherwise I would not have purchased. Cons: -The IPS display panel came apart from the bezel on the right side of the monitor causing HUGE amounts of light bleed. I returned the monitor for this reason, and checked the display while I was at Best Buy during the return....it had the same problem, so it is DEFINITELY a problem with this model. -The base of this monitor is a round pedestal style which is not sturdy. The monitor will have a slight wobble when the display is touched/bumped, i.e. turning it off or accidentally bumping your desk. This can be negated by using a wall mount. Great looking picture, horrible design. Would not purchase again.

This is a QHD 2K monitor, which is absolutely worth the money I paid. However, I don't think this is a good monitor for long time use since my eyes feel tearful when using it for more than 2 hours so the screen color might not be comfortable even I adjusted it back and forth.

Entry level IPS Monitor, better monitors out there

Ultimately I returned this monitor as I was looking for an IPS monitor with some gaming features as well as the ability to adjust the monitor color and preferences to achieve a better picture. This monitor is an ok monitor but it is lacking in adjustments for the picture. There were some preset modes but none of them really did much to change the picture. It was very well built and sturdy but the lack of overall features compared to other monitors for the same price/type forced me to take it back.

The Lenovo 24" IPS QHD monitor has several pre-set adjustment buttons on the front of the monitor. For more detailed adjustments, there is an On-Display-Menu of adjustment features covering a wide range of screen adjustment tools. I got this monitor while I was shopping at BB to pick up another monitor. This presented more sharpness and a better price than the one I intended to buy. The monitor is indeed sharp, but the setup menu is difficult to navigate, and the colors run a little cold (bluish tinge). This is adjustable, but it's not easy to find out how. Overall, a good monitor, but has its drawbacks. Also, has no VGA port or VESA mount.

So I just got this monitor and it was easy to set up and everything but I'm kind of confused the picture doesn't look that great to me... maybe I have it on a wrong setting? I have it hooked up to my MacBook Pro, the guy who sold it to me said it was compatible but, it starting to think differently... If anyone knows why my screen isn't very sharp please let me know, thanks!

It sounds like your settings are off. Here is a link to the User Guide for this monitor. Try adjusting the settings. Be sure your computer is set to maximum resolution settings, at least 2560 x 1440p, then check the User Guide for instructions on adjusting the monitor itself. It would be nice if there were a DVI port on this monitor, to make it slightly more universal. Other than that, it is a monitor and it works. Can't ask for much more for the price.

    No vesa mount

Would have been great if it had VESA...

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Not really sure why VESA is excluded in ANY monitor in 2017+ but it shouldn't be. The stand is trash in terms of stability.. but it hasn't fallen or snapped so that's a plus. As for the display, it's been GREAT.. no problems with dead pixel and I have 0 backlight bleed. This is what I was looking for in a budget 1440p monitor. I got it for around $160 and at that price point it's a great purchase. After accepting the huge negative of not having a VESA mount, and receiving a product that had 0 dead pixels and 0 backlight bleed, I decided to keep this monitor. I use this for productivity and gaming. Games played with this range from pubg, fortnite, overwatch, don't starve together, etc. There are some odd things you have to do to ensure your contrast/brightness settings save, but once you figure that out, it's a great monitor if you can get it for under $180.. once you hit $200.. there are other options you can find.. options that INCLUDE VESA mounting. All that said, I am happy with the purchase. IF this monitor were to fail me in the future, I would not purchase it again. My next 1440p monitor or 4k monitor WILL have VESA mounting. Any future monitor I consider that does not have VESA, will NOT be in my considerations. I would not purchase another one due to NOT including a vesa mount adapter. At the very least, the company could have included an adapter, like the HP omen includes a vesa adapter.

    Worth it, not good whites

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

For starters this is a 1440p monitor. In my opinion this is a decent monitor for the money, got it on sale for $160. I don't think I would have bought it for over 200. All the colors are good except for the whites, whites are a little underwhelming. Good beginner monitor but wouldn't recommend for gaming. Managed to overclock it to 67Hz using NVIDIA control panel. stand is a little wobbly but manageable.

Figured this would be a good choice to enter the world of >HD from the few reviews available. I've changed my mind. Good: the bezel really is that small Super sharp Dark blacks Good Color Bad: Only comes with HDMI cable Brightness on the last 1 1/2 right and left edges on suffers major drop off If you can live with that, it's a great deal. I returned 2 units and gave up

If I change any settings (e.g. brightness), the settings reset every time I turn it off. I'm not sure if this is how it is supposed to be, or I have a defective unit. Can someone respond?
