Laptop is good so far. Purchased as open box, supposed to be excellent condition. Was missing a screw on the bottom and the power cord.

I bought an open box unit in excellent condition.
when it arrived, it was missing the 240 watt proprietary charger that was suppose to be included. Most likely they just grab whatever that's available. Happened to me twice already with the open box excellent condition laptop. No quality control what so ever and both the store and corporate office were no help at all. When I drove to the store and spoke with the manager, I was told to contact the corporate office. and when I contact the corporate office, I was told to go to the store. When I asked the agent to transfer me to the manager, agent just kicked me out of the chat. Overall experience was very frustrating. Be careful with open box items from best buy. always make a video of the unboxing when opening the box for the first time. I learned my lesson the hard way. Laptop itself was in great condition btw.

We wanted to like this new PC, but my son has been enraged by how often it lags and stutters. It cannot even RUN most games on Roblox.
If it struggles with Roblox I am not sure WHY they labeled this a "gaming computer". I am not sure it could handle Cyberpunk or Final Fantasy.
We are trying one last "fix" today and if we cannot get it to run smoothly I am afraid we will need to return it. We did install and update drivers for GPU and CPU when it first arrived.
Quite disappointed as this was meant to be his Christmas gift (lost my job due to cancer) and the sales are long-finished from Black Friday so if we return it... he basically gets nothing to remember me by. Thanks, Best Buy, for the fraudulent deception. I hope I get that $400 gift card you said we might win for leaving a review.

The worst condition "excellent like new" product I have ever purchased. I spent nearly 10 hours on hold over different times trying to get either a partial refund or return this terrible condition laptop to get hung up one when I mention the condition or put on hold and left for hours. If excellent condition means it was only thrown down one flight of stairs then this meets that. Giant chunks broken pff and scratches everywhere. It's a scam and unacceptable.

I ordered this laptop about a week ago or two. I have yet to receive an update for where my package is. Poor customer service as well. Would not recommend getting just buy one somewhere else.

Great mid tier pc but some major design oversight

Overall build quality is solid and I really like the display and keyboard. Some minor issues though: The track pad quality is pretty mediocre and doesn't always register when you touch it.
The only fan intake vents are on the bottom, so you essentially need to hold the computer between your legs to get proper cooling. Failure to do so will cause the graphics card to crash from overheating. It gets hot and loud quick! I have barely pushed it with gaming.
Lastly having the power cord on the back means you constantly have to move it out of the way when you set the laptop down on a table.
Overall good laptop for the price but I'd recommend more than 16gb of ram with Win11.

So far this Lenovo has been working great. It runs my architecture software smoothly, the RTX graphics are powerful, and the screen looks amazing. Battery is decent and build quality feels solid. Very happy with this purchase!
