Excellent so far I’ve downloaded some high end games and it runs well.

I got this laptop to run software for my golf simulator in my garage (GSPRO) and it's been wonderful. I have a 1080p projector and have been playing in very high graphics settings with zero issues at all.

Pretty good gaming laptop. great for different tasks without worrying about its performance.

I bought this gaming laptop for my son and he's a entry level gamer. Great system with just enough power for what my son needs. The 16G of RAM is the bare minimum and will need to be upgraded to 32. I have no complaints.

Got this for my son for Christmas and he is absolutely in love with it. Runs and plays really well for almost all games he has played and looks great with great durability! Excellent buy!

A very affordable gaming laptop that offers excellent performance. I use it as my daily now and it has handled every game I have played on it. Cooling on it is superb and allows for comfortable gameplay. Screen is great for the price.

When i order first time my laptop was overheating and had microlags so i had to ride 100miles all the way to denver to change it

Not sure if the one I received is just defective but the battery lasts a solid 1-1.5hrs.

Great computer for business use for construction drawings and documents that typically need better processing power for large format PDFs. Being used for light gaming on Steam and so far so good. Would purchase again.

It should have been a $590 purchase after buying the computer & RAM plus 20% off by getting a Best Buy CC card. Instead the price climbed up to $1,050!!! by the time it was all over weeks later. Multiple times customer service said this shouldn't have happened but all they could offer me was an apology. So "sorry" was all I got. The product is actually a 4 star but I split the difference due to Best Buy lying and costing me $100's more. They lied, apparently to get the sale. They said I could upgrade RAM by adding one 16GB stick to what was already in it for $70. That way it would work for my needs & be within budget, but when I went to the store I found out RAM was quadruple that price in part because turns out I actually needed to buy a matched set of TWO sticks of RAM. They also informed me the Best Buy associate on the phone should have told me I could get 20% if I got their credit card. After several phone calls and multiple trips to the store (you can't talk to people at the store as they have no phones) I finally gave up. I have since found out Best Buy has a terrible reputation for online over the phone customer service/sales. Even the employees at the store said their online over the phone customer service is terrible. I'm posting my total experiance here because there are no options on their website to review the company. There are even more bad details but this is getting long so I will leave it at this, but I'm on disability and needed this computer to start a business to get off disability. I can't afford this and nobody should have to be treated like this. I will literally have to sell some possessions because of this. There is literally nothing you can do in a situation like this because they clearly do not care whatsoever about you.
