From the box, it's actually a really good tiny desktop PC. Runs smoothly and without issues. Very well made. But after I installed the max RAM and biggest CPU it ran hotter and doesn't have the best cooling system. So as you can see in the photos, I installed an AC Infinity 80mm USB fan mounted to the outside of it after cutting a hole in the chassis. Also added "vertical laptop stands" to cradle my external drives. It's not a gaming PC just so you're aware. It can run your basic modern games like your kids Roblox, Minecraft, etc along with a lot of "old" games but don't expect anything more. I have a separate PC for that. I realize this thing. Especially since it's around 1/10th the size of my old rig that was slightly less powerful than this.

I bought this to replace another Refurbished that I bought from my neighborhood small computer repair shop which by the way give me 8 good Years but needed an upgrade but the little shop close business. Decided go to Best Buy instead of another local shop and regretted cause Wi-Fi capabilities doesn't work, HDMI port doesn't work and sound only works with 3.5 cable, I will keep using it until I'm able to get a new laptop which I assure you ain't going to buy @ Best Buy

This is pretty hard to beat for the price. I purchased this to replace my 89 year old mother's HP full size Windows 7 desktop. It was running SO slow, it was virtually unusable! Took this out of the box and within 15 minutes had her up and running with no issues or problems. Performs flawlessly and serves the purpose for her - email and Facebook. My only real complaint is that now I have to buy her a new printer because her antiquated one is not compatible with the newer Windows versions. Overall, very pleased with this unit (you wouldn't know it was refurbished) and would recommend this to anyone looking for a no frills basic box with plenty of power. The small little box foot print is also a big plus compared to the full size desktop unit this replaced!

So far, it works well. I had it for a couple of months now. It is relatively fast. Window 10 was already install. It had a keyboard and mouse included. Although, there was no antenna (just the connector) included, the wireless works. Bluetooth also works, as I recall. The computer was in good condition (no cosmetic issues). Unfortunately, it was delivered to my neighbor's house and I had to deal with returning the replacement even though I reported early I found the original shipment at my neighbor's house. I did a quick test of the USB ports and they all seem to work. I'm using the VGA output.

Great computer, easy to set up Windows 10 pro, Mine came with a keyboard and mouse, nice small computer, fan is a little loud, but works great, great deal for the price.

Actually really good value for the price and this thing is incredibly small. Much older processor but you get windows 10 pro included for the price. My cmos battery died fairly early on it and i did have to send it to them for replacement and to clean it up internally as the fan spins very loudly when using this computer. Overall though it's a nice little computer that could be used for certain projects as the small size really allows you to do some unique things with it.

This thing is about the size of a hardcover text book, yet packs decent performance and runs very quiet. I find the performance to be better than my i7 Dell XPS. While it lacks the usual bell-n-whistles like built-in Bluetooth and built-in WiFi (I plugged mine directly into my router), it has everything else for WFH. As a bonus, it ships with vanilla Windows 10 without any bloatware. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! The only reason for 4 stars is that it was shipped with the Win 10 Pro not yet activated. A simple email to the refurbisher solved that the same day.

This computer is quiet and compact. The only downside is there isn't an actual jack for speakers. I had to use the headphone jack.

I didn't intend to buy a mini - my lack of attention. BUT the size is nice and so far meets my needs at an affordable price.

Great product in good condition. Lacked instructions for setup, but was able to figure it out. Also received surprise with new keyboard and mouse included. Works great now!

I think the computer itself is great!!! Zips through and does what it should... great value IF it comes with a windows key. Mine did not have a Windows 10 product key and BB has been an absolute nightmare in trying to resolve this issue. No accountability and offer solutions to charger me money for their error.

Nice little pc ( I do me little !) picture does it no justice.. I didn’t closely look @ size in details .. this VERY VERY small foot print .. which is usually a good thing , unless u bought a video card for it !!!!!! also I COULD NOT believe it has no HDMI port or DVI for that matter ( VGA ONLY) .. nice amount of usb 3.0 ports .. took a while to ship ..

Works and looks like new. Buy this instead of a new one at a fraction of the cost.

has just enough power to cover all the basic functions for work. and its the right price! best bang for your buck by far

I had to replace an old machine and this fit the specs! I was very surprised how small it was when it arrived. It is small but mighty! This machine acts as a local server for software for a few other machines on the network. It immediately solved the issues that I was having with the old machine. I highly recommend this if you have limited space and need a good work horse of a machine that is not a laptop.

Broke after a month of use. I had to return it since I could only use it at the most 5 minutes before it would cut off on its own. It was a great computer before that, it was fast and did the job. I hate I had to exchange it for store credit but I didn’t have time to wait 4 weeks before it could be sent off for repairs. If you have 4 weeks to wait in case it tears up then go for it but if you don’t I’d save my money for something else.
