Great frame. I like rhe rotating wall plate. Many features for displaying your pictures through app or using touch frame. Bought while on deal of the day, saved 150. I wouldn't have bought at full price, not because of quality, but too expensive in my opinion dor $500.

I wanted to love this product. The photos and sharing are amazing. The mounting and large A/C adapter leave some desire. Even with a power outlet installed behind the screen to electrical code you cannot hide the ginormous A/C adapter. It does come with different frame bezels.

Works Great, my wife loves it. It is easy to use, and even better when paired with google photos.

Overall, a good product. Good quality display, good mounting kit, reliable. Software/app is... adequate, with some caveats. Most notable is that although you can utilize Google Photos albums on a rotating basis, you're capped at 1 folder with up to 5 subfolders of 100 photos each. You will need WiFi. No local storage, if that's your preference. It was half of MSRP on sale near BF/Xmas and for that price well worth it.

Display is great and no need to worry about memory cards or transferring photos manually.

Got this frame on sale, good price, good quality. Mount it on the wall very easy. I like the magnet lock and also the rotation of the frame either vertical or horizontal. Brightness adjustment is cool too. It has been 2 months since I got it and very happy enjoying viewing the pictures.

Bought this for my mom on Mother’s Day. Worked great then 4 months later we can’t get it to connect

Easy to set up albums/photos to share, if you in google ecosystem. For iphone/ios users you have to setup/use google photos, videos from the take time to appear. Would be nice to have homelik/iOS integration. Overall nice frame to display family photos that you usually dont see because they juat sit on your phone/ cloud labrary.

After much researching for a digital frame and talking to a wonderful Best Buy customer service person, I bought this as a wedding gift for my son and new daughter in law. They can post all the pictures they want on it and it is a good size , The clarity is great.

The size is perfect to hang on the wall. The pictures look great. Easy to set up.

Don’t buy!!!! Buyer beware! Brand new out of box did not work couldn’t connect to app to upload photos they are aware the app doesn’t work and they couldn’t do anything to fix!! Don’t buy!

This is an amazing frame and most importantly, for people like me, it's so user-friendly.

Really cool photo frame. The image quality is amazing I find myself stopping and staring at the art or family photos when I walk by. There no no glare with the matte like finish , that also makes images look much more like photos or real art. It’s heavy but very well built. Bought 2 of them on deal of the day for $229, will definitely buy more if that deal comes up again to give Away as presents.

I purchased this item on sale for $199. I don't know if I would pay more. The experience was great, simple interface and the screen are of good quality. I just want to be a little more flexible, like programming different content at certain times.

As a younger child I was fascinated by technology & so I remember being at my grandparents one Christmas and overhearing one of my uncles telling my mom (his sister) that the gift was even better than they'd have ever imagined. He had been testing it out & it worked great! So, what was all the excited about? Well, my aunts & uncles had gotten together to purchase my grandparents a digital picture/photo frame. Keep in mind this was back when dial-up internet was what most home internet users had-if you even had internet at all! So, this digital photo frame would dial out to receive the new photos; or maybe it would be dialed to by the company when the pictures were being replaced with new ones...either way it was very cool, but very slow due to the limitations of dial-up speeds. That frame cost for the product, plus had a reoccurring cost per month that needed paid by my aunts & uncles so that my grandparents could have new photos, no matter where my family were vacationing & taking photos, those with access, could update the photos for my grandparents. It was super cool & I always wanted one! I had forgotten about this super cool, very techie, family gift that had been given to my grandparents all those years ago. So, I was asked to test & review the Lenovo Smart Frame, which I was happy to do! It wasn’t until after setting up the Lenovo Smart Frame that the nostalgia hit me (more on that later). The Lenovo Smart Frame can be mounted to a wall or set up in desktop mode. The included wall mounting kit also has a bubble/spirit level built into the mounting hardware, a decorative frame to go around the Lenovo Smart Frame & a few other odds and ins. Since I was wanting to test everything without mounting, I tried it out in desktop mode. That wasn’t until I’d placed the mounting piece on the back of the frame. Now, no matter which way I twisted, turned or tried to lift the magnetic mounting bracket would not dislodge from the Smart Frame-talk about frustrating! I thought, but wait, I see these two push tabs on either side to release something...and low and behold with enough fiddling I was able to get it to release. Wow, crisis averted there thankfully. Next, I powered on the Smart Frame & went through connecting it with the Lenovo Smart Frame app. Setup was very easy & straight forward, even updating the Frame’s firmware/software (can’t remember which one it is labeled as or called) was pretty easy to do. Once the Smart Frame was able to be used without needing more updates, I was looking through my Google photos. I won’t harp on it, as others have mentioned it too, but the lack of iCloud, Amazon Photos, Dropbox, or the many other cloud-based photo backup solutions is rather discouraging. I have unlimited photo backup with my Amazon Prime account, so being able to use that vs. having to pay Google for more storage for my photos would be really great. Heck, even being able to connect to a network attached storage (NAS) would be great too! But alas, that is not to be sadly. The included art photos are nice & elegant. I was playing around with some of the photos that I’d taken or that I’d even downloaded way back when I had an Android phone was really cool. We had photos from when the kids were young, when we were younger, old family photos of my previously mentioned grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. It was super cool to see these photos come to life on a 21st century version of what they’d bought my grandparents back all those years ago-and that is when the nostalgia hit me. I intend to share photos of the Lenovo Smart Frame with my family so that they can see how technology has advanced & how cool it is to have this updated form of their gift. I am extremely happy about the quality, design & easy setup of this Smart Frame. However, it limiting the user to Google Photos for your backed-up images are as archaic as NETGEAR only having one VPN service available on the RAX120 (yes, I own that device too). I have had that router for one maybe two years now & I truly hope that Lenovo listens more to their customers than NETGEAR, as we are STILL waiting on NETGEAR to open this VPN support to other services. All in all: I love the Lenovo Smart Frame, while it does have its quirks, I think it is a good first draft & hopefully time will tell that Lenovo is devoted to it by way of firmware updates! Don’t mind me, I’m just playing with my Smart Frame and looking at cool photos :)
