This laptop did not work out very well. I did purchase the protection which had to be used and I upgraded to a better lenovo thinkpad which is great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Buyer Beware - Possibly NOT an SSD

I just received my Refurbished Lenovo T460 "Lenovo - ThinkPad T460 14" Refurbished Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Black" which is almost the same as this. It came with a cheap Seagate optical drive installed instead of the advertised SSD.
Now they discontinued carrying the T460 but this T450 is almost the exact same advertised computer.
