Store pick-up was a breeze and very quick. As for the laptop, it's just what I needed for a windows system. It can handle multiple applications at once and there's a notable improvement in the speed/power as opposed to older models. My favorite part is that it hasn't crashed/shut down unexpectedly like my old HP- it's extremely reliable. It does have a built in 'non-replaceable battery' for the slim size, efficiency, and safety but it can be replaced by a technician or anyone who's willing to carefully go through the steps which are simple and readily available online. I'd suggest making sure this doesn't void your warranty if you have one.
I was okay with the 14" size since I mostly use it with dual monitors, and it's enough to get things done on the go. It's built tough, but I still keep it in a fitted hard case inside a backpack etc as a precaution.
We are glad to hear that your ThinkPad P14s is just the right fit for your needs, and we appreciate you taking the time to share this with us.

I chose this laptop as I needed something to support multiple displays when I'm on the run. As well as support cad software, custom software, etc. Thus far it performs very well. Strange issue with screen flicker however, once updated firmware issue was resolved.
