    Love the look, love the power. This microwave has everything I was looking for. Love that the preset reheat options beep before completion so that you can check it. I really like the child safety lock. Dont need it right now, but as the great grandchildren get older, it'll come in handy.

    Very nice looking microwave. Does catch a lot of finger prints, but that’s the only issue so far!

    Very hard to see those buttons. Very easy to get fingerprints all over the places. Frequently wrong buttons touched without way to cancel unless reset from door open/close.

    We needed a new microwave and it had to fit in a particular space, so the size was important. This microwave is small but mighty and still has a turntable that fits an 11" dinner plate!

    BB will not adjust open box price

    The unit works pretty well. Unfortunately I bought an excellent condition open box then the price dropped significantly and BB would not adjust the price. Most sensor stuff works pretty well except reheat liquids. Coffee boils over. Needs a lighted keyboard and better than a sticker inside the door for sensor cooking
