I was very disappointed! I had previously had an LG mucrowave for 13 years and before than another for 10 years. I wanted yet another LG mostly for the ease of installation. This one was a great price but no night light and no timer and I could not see the display in the dark. Needless to say I returned the unit. The return was very easy since it was within the 15 day window

Bought a few months ago. Heats fast. Easy to install and operate. Door seems lighter (less sturdy) than prior LG m/w but none issue so far.

Microwave is very sleek in design and looks great in the kitchen. The size and price was just right for my needs.

Nice size unit for an over the stove microwave. The controls are straight forward and the size is large enough for all my cooking needs. The easy clean interior is great and love the grey color on the interior which doesn't show every small splatter as the standard white.

Item wprks as expected, easy to install especially of your old microwave was an LG. The mounting holes are in the sma location. However, I was surprised that it doesn't have a kitchen timer. I'm not sure if this is normal for newer microwaves.

microwave itself is great, but don't count on the light underneath the cabinet to give you any amount of light to cook with.

This is the best microwave we have ever purchased. It has all the bells and whistle’s. It was easy to install with step by step instructions that was easy to follow. 5 stars ⭐️ you bet good job lg and Best Buy for making easy pick up at your store. Well done

IT does a good job. The only difference from my previous LG over the range microwave that it replaced is that the interior is a dark color instead of white and the light over the range is not as bright. Two features I did not see because I ordered it online without actual viewing. A lesson to be learned by me. Nevertheless, I am satisficed with it. It was a good purchase for the money.

This new microwave is very beautiful since being installed in our RV. It fit perfectly where the old one was. All specifications given online when ordering it were precise. I know that we will enjoy it for years to come
