It works fine, even heating, cooks frozen vegetables great, my only problem is it’s hard to see the control buttons because they don’t light up. For the money it’s a good buy.

Our microwave is a work horse in our kitchen! Perfect replacement for our other one that mounts inside the counter. It was a perfect fit and works great! Matches back beautifully to our other appliances. Best of all it’s super quiet! Love the dark inside as well! It’s a really good quality microwave!

The right side of the microwave doesn't have enough light on the numbers. I have to use my flashlight in the evening. I also think it is not as powerful as it suppose to be

Ordered this in a pinch when our other microwave kicked the bucket. Been very happy with it! Love the special button options like soften and melt (we use those a lot!). The reheat works very well too! Easy for my kids and husband to use too! Bonus that it matches my range!

Great price, does well when it works! After only one month the entire “brains” blew out. LG tech came out and replaced the fuse. He thought it had too much moisture on it because I was boiling something on the stove while it was operating. Worked for about 3 more weeks, same thing happened, tech came out and replaced “everything” (motherboard) a few more weeks went by it happened a 3rd time! Always when I’m boiling something and using the microwave simultaneously. I have not been able to use the microwave more than I have been able to use it in the 4 months I’ve had it.LG has been attentive to servicing it but lots of delays in service. Had to buy a countertop microwave to use during this mess. If you ever might boil something while using this microwave DO NOT BUY HIS MODEL. Still waiting for a decision about a refund (which I’m told will be prorated due to use…REALLY)at one point I was told I wasn’t eligible for one!

Very nice..attractive..easy to use and to clean..quiet

Replaced my old over the range microwave and this is has been heating up so much better. The fan works great and has two settings, wish the light also had more than one setting but i dont really use it anyway.

Less than 3 years old with light to normal use and the handle fallen off. The plastic screws behind have totally disintegrated into sharp little fragments of plastic. Impossible to reattach. Apparently this is not still under warranty.

Came into the store with measurements and requirements of operation and was So Happy to have an Awesome floor person that found exactly what we were looking for within minutes. Got set up with a Fantastic delivery and install group. Yes! We are Happy Happy Happy Customers.

This LG is a replacement for one I had from my kitchen remodel. LG make a good microwave but noticed some changes. The numbers on the keypad are darker, hard to see. They also changed the inside color from white to gray, not really an improvement.

Happy with it so far, This one replaces the LG we had for the last 11 or so years (basically, it's the same model)
