    Initially a little difficult to install, but once it was in it works very well, quick and easy to use, glad i did not pay more for some of the higher priced models. Well worth what i paid.

    This is a replacement for the older model that finally gave up. The price was right and fit exactly into the space and supports for the older model. Plug and play. Working great one moth after install

    works well, easy to read display, has a quiet fan. Only disappointment for me is I like a timer on my microwave and it doesn't have one so I have to use the one on my oven.But overall a good microwave.

    We had an earlier model of this Microwave Vent Hood at our Vacation Home, but it finally gave up the ghost after about 10 years of regular use. Was glad to find the updated version of it available at Best Buy. Everyone else who claimed to carry it, did not have it in stock. Works great and was bolt compatible with it's predecessor, so installation was a breeze. So far, so good and much quieter that the original.

    Microwave was easy to install and works great. I prefer a simple control panel-I don't need all the latest bells and whistles. A good basic OTR microwave for those wanting simplicity.

    Our first one lasted about 7 years, then the plastic in the door broke. Probably due to the fact that it’s a range top unit. Worked great, and for a few hundred bucks, I can deal with the failure after 7 years. Bought the same one again. Fairly simple controls. Good features without lots of nonsense.
