This microwave has worked excellent since i got it. It's easy to clean. Not very noisy n its wide enough to take bigger bowls or plates.

This microwave was purchased in an emergency situation after our previous one died right before the busy holiday season. We had a Goldstar unit that came with the house and this one dropped right in without having to drill new holes in our cabinet. It's also a good looking device that looks and feels more premium than the price. The functions are spot on - especially the melt and popcorn buttons. My wife is enthralled with how well they work. As mentioned by others, there's no timer function but with smart phones and smart home devices everywhere, that's less of an issue than ever before.

Looked great, seems to work great, for perfectly. This was for a rental unit, so I’m not using it everyday, but was happy with the quality and the ease of installation (even though had professionals do it, took them 2 minutes. Granted, would definitely take an amateur way more time.

This microwave was easy to install and works very well. It is a bit noisy when it first starts although just for a moment. I am very pleased with it's performance and love the sleek look of it.

Installed this unit Dec 2022 and the display has failed as of Jan 2024, just outside of the warranty period. The unit is much louder than our previous Microwave but does a fine job at heating and is very easy to clean as advertised. Losing the clock and cook time display is frustrating for a year old unit.

Truly a great microwave, especially for the price ! Door is a little loud but nothing that you can’t get used to.

I got this for a town home I'm renting and for the cost and use, it's decent. I bought it primarily due to CR rating it the best at evenly cooking just to discover that was a massive misrepresentation. It doesn't cook evenly and feels like an old 600 - 700 watt microwave. Cons: - Your cook times will always be on the max side of any heating instructions. - Don't place any dishes in the middle but on the edge of the rotating glass. - No timer function for use with non-microwave cooking. - Very loud fan especially if you don't have an exhaust stack. Pros: - Fan blows great - Looks sleek and great in a kitchen with black or stainless appliances.

This is a great microwave from a reputable brand at a great price. It fit perfectly over my range and was easy to install. It’s also quite roomy inside. So far so good

Got this for a steal in my opinion. It’s your standard microwave but super nice looking. Easy to clean. Installed it myself to save myself some money. Would definitely recommend. Looks sexy in my kitchen!

The microwave works well, but I am very disappointed that it does NOT have a timer function. I verified this with the manufacturer's Customer Service. It has buttons dedicated to various cooking functions and a button marked "Time" which is supposed to be used for setting the cooking time; however, it is not needed to set the cooking time--just press the numbered buttons and press "Start". So the "Time" button is basically wasted space which could have been used for a timer. When we purchased this microwave I assumed that the "Time" button was a timer. If I had known that it wasn't a timer I would have purchased a different microwave. A timer is very, very useful--I used the one on my old microwave a lot!

I had to replace same model from 10 years ago, so I was glad that this matched the size of my opening and other appliances... I love that the interior is gray, so less stains visible after use. However I was disappointed that it does not have a timer option, and that it is louder then my older model.

Works great looks great very easy to use and clean

I'm very satisfied with the look and performance of this microwave. The touch buttons and panel are easy to use. I like the handle as opposed to others with a push-button open. I am a bit surprised as the light on the underside seems a little dim and I liked the old microwave's double light system a bit better as it was brighter. But the heating capability is great. I also like the preset buttons for popcorn, soften, and melt.

ITS A BIT LOUD BUT OVER ALL i FEEL IT HEATS FOODS WELL AND INSTALLATION WAS EASY

Key pad for cook functions is dark and hard to read. The door feels light or thin, not flimsy, but light. I feel like the door needs to be handled very carefully. There is no TIMER function either, which was a helpful funtcion on my old microwave. Otherwise, it works fine. Kids mostly use it for popcorn.

Keep in mind, most all their appliances have to be shipped to the store or to your house so you must likely will not get it the same day. Purchased from mobile app. Went to pick up 2 days later. The staff member that completed my order was up beat, kind and helpful. The microwave is an easy install and works great. I did the installation on my own but would have been easier with two people.
