    Works fine now, but we had to have it serviced twice sensors weren’t working (our tech through LG was fantastic though!). It’s loud too. Best Buy’s curbside was fantastic though and super helpful. So nothing against Best Buy but more the product from LG.

    The installation was fairly straightforward and it is working well. Add to that, for the same price, it has much nicer finishing touches than the GE microwave that it placed (our new LG microwave has a true stainless steel door versus the GE that had a stainless steel colored plastic door).

    Good microwave. Doesn’t expand past the advertised length dimension when opening the door. The upper cabinet screws are off set which can cause it to look like it’s not level.
