    We like our new microwave, we do have a concern about opening and closing door, seems like latch doesn’t line up and makes a loud click sound.

    I got all three of my appliances to match including stove and dishwasher and this beautiful microwave! It’s big but not too big! It’s shiny like my stove and dishwasher and works like a champ! ❤️

    Microwave works fine, it’s just really loud. I was not prepared for the noise when using it and nothing in the specs or comparison prepared me for it.

    Our previous microwave stopped working so we found this one at the store. It has all the basic features and was one of the better deals. Works well and gets the job done!

    Very well made! The door is much more stable than the one I replaced in general it just feels like heavier better material. Surprisingly light weight. Also love that it circulates the air And doesn’t need to vent outside

    Works well so far. My only complaint are the presets, reheating one dinner plate was way too much time. Have yet to use the other ones. The venting is noisy when heating.

    It's Shinny.. I can see myself on the glass. Love the slick look, so modern and fit all home style. It has Soften button for soften butter, margarine, Melt button to belt chocolate, cheese marshmallow etc... Oh.. I am in love!

    We’ve had this microwave for just over a year. After about 9-10 months the display screen started flickering once in a while. Something we thought we could just deal with. Now we’ve had multiple instances when a minute into microwaving, it stops turning, the light goes off, and no heat is coming out. It sounds like it’s still going but really nothing is happening inside. Sometimes we can open the door and reset the time and it’ll work. Other times it doesn’t work for hours. Of course we are just over our year warranty, but I’m just so disappointed in the quality of this microwave.

    I really like this microwave. It has a touch panel that is very easy to use, and I like the black interior as well. The only issue I have (and maybe I need to check the manual) is the lack of a turntable on/off button. So far, so good (I've only had it 1 month).

    Lights on timer flicker, over range light burnt out, and vent fan stopped working. All this within 1 year and 4 months of ownership. I will never buy a LG product ever again.
