It has a touch panel that is very easy to use, and I like the black interior as well. The only issue I have (and maybe I need to check the manual) is the lack of a turntable on/off button. So far, so good (I've only had it 1 month).

At first it was good after 2.5 weeks oven light would not turn off. Talk to Best Buy reps and they said it was outside the 14 day return/exchange policy and they just told me to reach out to LG warranty.

We think it has a lot of features for a modest price and it looks like a quality built oven. The installation by the geek squad was professional by friendly people and we had no issues.

Weird noise while operating

I have to say Best Buy did a great job resolving the issue. They gave me a discount for the my trouble. It hasn’t been that long so I’m hoping it works out. I do love the microwave.
