    I haven’t even had this microwave for 2 years and it has already gone out. I’ve never had a microwave go out. I have had a significantly cheaper one for like 8 years that still works and I got it second hand. I have never been more disappointed in a purchase in my life. This is not a cheap unit either.

    Worked great until it crapped out 7 months later. Lucky for me i purchased Total Tech from Best Buy. Called them n they took care of it. Parts werent available in a timely manner so they replaced the unit with a brand new one. Love Best Buy
