    Immediately after one year, door handle broken, when opened found that, the plastic is so brittle that handlle has broken at screw area, in addition to that there are 3 other screw area has broken, i fixed it with with glue. And today its been over one and half year the whole front panel has fallen. All the screw area is brittle. Product is still working but every thing on the front panel is broken, poor quality plastic.

    Not happy with microwave. It is only 1000 watts. Too loud. Installers did not follow any Covid Protocols. Disgusting.

    We have the microwave for a couple of months. It works fine and it looks good. The only problem that we have had so far was the constant beeping. Every time you press a button, or when it stops or if you are not fast enough to get the heated food out it beeps and beeps! Extremely annoying. Called both BB and LG - there's no way to turn the beeps off, like one can do pretty much in any other microwave. I wish I knew that, I'd get a different model.
