    The function of this is great but it is made with the cheapest plastic I have ever seen. I haven't even had it for two years and the door handle broke from with the door. The top piece fell off. I would not recommend this to anyone

    We had to get this specific microwave for our size of space. The overhead fan does not work well and we even bought a stove in same brand.

    Replaced my prior unit similar model. After 2 years the display flickers and intermittently makes spinning noise. The fan function never vented right and moisture from the stove underneath finds its way into the door. Heat’s well and consistently. But Expected more from LG

    The microwave works but 2 reasons it annoys me and I gave it such a low rating are because I can not turn the beeps off. My bad for not realizing this before I purchased and installed it but seriously who makes a microwave that you can’t turn the beeps off. So annoying. Also when I turn it on the exhaust fan is much louder than our old microwave again this is just annoying and seems unnecessary loud.

    Functions as a microwave. But NO TIMER??

    This microwave does exactly what it should as far as warming food goes. However, unless I’m missing something, it doesn’t have a timer. It’s 2020. How could a microwave be intentionally manufactured and missing such a basic thing? And Best Buy you need to update your specifications for this microwave because you say it does have a timer. I’ll be returning.
