    Great size, easy to Install and love the options. We have really had great luck with the reheat option. Best part is the done sounds are not annoying

    Not much experience with it, but so far we like it. Controls are logical and provide easy access to all common functions. Appearance is great in our kitchen.

    To start, we purchased an appliance package. Will never do this again from Best Buy. After installing on my own after Best Buy techs could not install, we've had this microwave since April. The interior light has quit working. I called Best Buy only to be informed that since the microwave is new I would need to reach out to LG and request assistance and an RMA from them before Best Buy could schedule service. I contacted LG with my information and because I could not walk through their troubleshooting over the phone they would not provide me with an RMA number. Now I have a relatively new microwave with an interior light that doesn't work. Very frustrated and disappointed.

      Check the Light Bulb Access: For some Over-The-Range models, the interior light bulb is designed to be replaced by a homeowner.     This LG over-the-range microwave really blew me away—but luckily, the vent fan caught it! It heats faster than my kids running to the ice cream truck and has more features than my smartphone

    I was concerned at Forest when we asked the young man about a microwave that he explained was not in stock. Upon further review on my cell phone the microwave was in stock and available for purchase
