Microwave was just a bit smaller than our old Samsung microwave. But it isn't an issue with the foods we put in there. The install was rather easier than I thought. Only issue was the top mounting holes are different from the old microwave so be prepared to make new holes if you're replacing an old Samsung. PROS: -The build is excellent and feels quite sturdy. -Door is not wobbly or weak when I have it open. -Food cooks well all around and i'm still trying out more features. -Internet connectivity. Using the LG app, I can connect my microwave to it and time a cook, set what to cook, set clock etc... It also reminds me for cleaning or any other issues. -If you're a microwave popcorn person, this is the 1st microwave I ever owned that practically popped about 100% of all the kernels without burning the popcorn (I use Orville Redenbacher). CONS: -Like I said, if you're replacing a Samsung, be prepared to make new holes. Also the power cord is on a different location. -Just a bit smaller internally than a Samsung of this series. But not by much and we didn't even notice when we started using it. -The lights underneath are a bit dim and I wish they used LED lighting. Although the interior is LED. Overall we're very happy with our purchase and the cooking and or warming up of foods is what matters and this LG does it very well!

Best Quality with Modern Elegant Design. No Nonsense Microwave which I find perfect for a modern minimalistic kitchen. EasyClean feature is a great plus.

Looks nice and slick with the glass front and no plastic buttons. Seems like more power than our “old” GE. No difference in noise of operation or exhaust fan (probably one supplier to for those across all brands). I installed myself and found no issues with the template, take your time to measure and it should go up easy. I’m using this in an IKEA kitchen renovation and I used the filler bracket for over the range microwaves from IKEA. Be sure to cut or bend off the tabs you don’t need on this microwave or it’ll get stuck. Obviously you can use the supplied bracket for a standard install and won’t have anything else to do.

I love the sleek design plus it’s very quiet during use. It connects to Wi-Fi and sends and sends alert to my cell letting me know when my food is ready . Overall, it is a great product. Just for mention, I Installed it myself and that too was not very challenging. I would hope that the installation papers where more cardboard like. I sometimes use the door glass as a mirror when I’m in the kitchen:)

It just got here and the installation went well. Looks good in here and we will see if the quality is as advertised.

Bought this microwave to replace older model. Very happy with the way it looks, and we have been taking advantage of the new options. Futs into the built-in space from older lg model. Woukd give it 5 stars but haven't had it long enough to rate it a full 5.

Love that the screen is glass, its a little but more of a hassle to clean cause it shows fingerprints, but so worth it. The vent works as good as a circulating vent will. Just compilents a nice kitchen. Currently getting kitchen done so sorry for the bad picture

Absolutely love my new microwave. It looks amazing and works like no other. I love the fact that you could hook it up to your Alexa and phone apps.

Once I got it outta the box and installed I loving it. If you don't have a homie to help you out with the install you can creative using home supplies to support it as you get the support screws lined up up top. Fairly standardized size etc too, one screw and the back support plate and fan output port were all compatible with the previous microwave I uninstalled. Been working fine for a week so far

I absolutely adore this microwave. The only downside is that the turntable keeps getting out of place, so I’ve had to keep it turned off. If it weren’t for that, I would have given it a perfect 5-star rating. It looks fantastic in the kitchen.

Love the microwave, cooks very quickly has the options that I was looking for. Wished the buttons light it up. Great options on the panel. Used Best Buy Geek Squad to install they did a great job. Mine was Rep replacing an old one for a new one.

Our over the range microwave went out. I measured the old one carefully and chose a new one. I was told that I would have to use the new brackets and drill new holes for the top screws even if I bought the same brand and model. I bought a different brand, but didn't have to change anything. The new one fits on the existing brackets and the top holes lined up perfectly. Took maybe 20 minutes to make the switch. It looks and works great.

Excellent product, modern and practical. I love its design and it is very easy to install.

I simply bought this microwave because aesthetically it was pleasing to my eyes. The functionality and power of the microwave are impressive. I’m obsessed with the “reheat” feature. I’m not kidding! The inside is gray and doesn’t showcase dirt like the white. The handle is super sturdy. I would buy this again and again. I’m new to LG appliances.

Works good. Makes food hot. Looks nice. Has a vent and light.
