1) Exhaust vents are effectively non-functioning. Steam from oven below rolls over the front and condensation drips off into my food preparation. 2) The numbers on the clock malfunction and spin constantly, making it impossible to tell how much time remains on a cook/timer function. Both of these issues were present on my original purchase *and* on the warranty replacement. The oven does heat food well.

Great microwave and does a good job. Many nice features and use daily.

Bought this on sale. Still work as expected. The extra shelf helps heat up multiple plates of food. control panel is not soft touch, you have to press really hard for the controls. The chime after timer is really loud and no way to lower it down. if you can bear the hard control buttons and loud chime, its a good microwave.

I didn't know my old one was so bad until I started to use this new one- wow what a difference. Great style and design - matches my other appliances. Has some great bells and whistles for the price.

Mechanically good. The interior is dark and the lower outside lamp is very dim. I like the sensor cooking. Everything has tasted pretty good so far and not overcooked as a result of the great power level setting. Dark control buttons are difficult to see.

This is a good looking microwave with easy to use features and good use of space. I chose this unit because it compliments my all LG kitchen. In my opinion LG makes really sound products.

The LG over the range microwave was the exact size and finish we wanted for our kitchen. Love the brushed nickel look.

Has nice features. Very easy to use. Like the ability to change the intensity of the oven based on the type of product, eg butter or ice cream. Geek Squad installers did a great job, too.

Our old GE microwave was breaking down so we purchased this during a President's Day sale. Months later we finally installed it ourselves, using the easy-to-follow instructions and very careful measuring and drilling. Loved using it with its sensor cooking. Food came out perfectly, whether it was a reheat or baked potatoes. Only disappointment was we moved away after only 15 months with it. Replaced it with an LG countertop microwave, since the range had a special hood.

Works great but doesn't have a setting for night light with programmable on/off time. It has a light but have to manually turn off/on for that feature if want to use as night light in kitchen. Otherwise works great. The defrost feature better than our last Samsung one

Nice looking microwave, nice features. The only thing we wish it had was a white interior instead of grey.

Somewhat easy to install. LG provided a template to help with measurements but the template was very confusing to use. Microwave works great.

The style of this microwave fits nicely with the kitchen. It has multiple functions that our old microwave didn't have. Heats evenly and hides fingerprints great!

Microwave has all of the features of higher end models just as represented. Installation instructions are very complete and easy to follow Has worked flawlessly and as advertised.

Works well. Install was not as easy as I had hoped because mounting brackets are not standard. But once in the unit performs well.

This LG 1.8 cu ft microwave is not only a nice looking product but a perfect size for my family and easy to learn and understand the digital panel.

It is good looking and works well. Multiple hits to 30 second button for desired quick cook time.
