    First thing I notice is that it looked nice but delicate like fine china. The second thing I came to notice is that the numbers are not quick set (ex. 1 is not 1 min. 2 is not 2 min 3 is not 3 min)you have to set the hole time 2.00 for two min. Which led me to the third thing I noticed is that you have to press really hard down on the key pad to get the numbers to come up. also the bottom light for the stove top is very dim on high. One nice feature is that it has a rack for the inside that is metal.

    This microwave is stylish and has great functions and abilities! The vent fan is more quiet than our previous microwave. The only negative we have to say is that the buttons aren't soft touch but have to be pushed rather hard.

    This microwave replaced a 3 year old Whirlpool microwave which failed. Installation was pretty straightforward but will require an extra set of hands to lift into place. It’s a little louder than the Whirlpool but I’m betting on better LG quality for this one to last more than 3 years. Installed approximately 3 weeks and so far no issues!

    Works Great. We wish the sensor functions easier. We need the owner manual for a while to set things properly. Yuri at the Lynwood location set our expectations clearly.

    I always like to find good deals on good products. Was needing a new microwave as mine went out and found a good deal on this open box item. Much simpler to use than my previous microwave. Sometimes more expensive is not always better.
