Microwave works and heats/defrosts properly. Touchpad is hard to push. It does not have easy functions to use, our old one you could just press 1 to cook for one minute. Just not as user easy friendly as others we have had in the past, but it does work well.

Great microwave at a reasonable price. Works well. Was disappointed in this day and age that the lighting inside and outside is not LED. And the over counter has a lot to be desired at only 30w. Put in a 50w equivalent LED and it is much better

Great microwave. Heats evenly, the popcorn button works really well and the vent is adequate if still a little loud. The light is a little underwhelming. Overall the microwave heats fast and doesn't dry out the food.

Quick installation. Spacious cooking area. All the options you should need.

Slightly better than your average microwave. Noticed that the buttons are NOT sensitive so you do have to almost put your shoulder into pressing the buttons; other than that, solid microwave for the price

I am very pleased with this microwave oven. I was limited because of exterior dimensions, but this one has a large oven capacity with a turntable that can be turned on or off. The cooking features are easy to us. I especially like the melt/soften feature. It was very affordable, and I feel a good value.

This microwave is pretty good! It has a metal rack which I thought was weird to be in a microwave but it works! The sensor cooking function works great. It was actually surprisingly light and easy to install and came with great instructions. It cooks food pretty fast and the van works really well with its various settings.

Made the decision to go with a built-in vs another counter top microwave. Lots of simple features for 'left overs' and doesn't burn anything when following the chart on the door. You definitely need two people to install it - one to hold it up against the wall and one to screw it in from the top (inside a cabinet in most cases). LG makes a great product. No complaints.

Excelent and beautiful. Very easy to use. I like so much.

This works wonderful. Very easy and user friendly. The only problem for me is the digital display is very dark. Hard to read the numbers to push. Goes with all of my other LG products in our kitchen.

This microwave was easy to install for a beginnerand looks really good.

It looks and operates great. The buttons on the selector panel need to be lit. Really obvious - not sure what they were thinking.

This microwave does everything! We were a little perplexed at the "Energy Saving" button as it simply turns the display off when you're not using it (we thought it did more). The fan is noisier than we thought but it does it's job. No, it's not the fanciest of OTRs, but it's just fine for us.

There are no lights on this oven , my bad, I thought all microwave ovens numbers came with a light when it is dark in the room. It is quick and through my only down side is no light otherwise I love it.

LG builds good products, but needs to pay more attention to packaging. The unit came with a scratches in the stainless steel vent cover. LG shipped me two replacement panels before I received on acceptable without dents or scratches. Unit has easy to understand control panel and works well.

After switching over to stainless steel we chose this microwave. It's nice looking and does the trick. It is loud while cooking and the beeper is loud. I still haven't figured out how to use all the features. It is fine though for the price.
