    I only use a microwave to heat food or melt something, therefore, it suits my needs. Does not have multiple levels for the fan or light. Does not have minutes on each number to heat/cook. You need to hit "add30sec" for as many minutes you need for heating/cooking.

    So quiet! This model is just what we were looking for. Our old one died after a power outage. This has every feature we were looking for. It’ has a simple design. Only criticism is that the controls are hard to read in low light.

    This product fit better into the over range space then the original oven. Must have two people to install. Be careful to allow for the slight bulge/extension on the rear of the oven. It makes a difference where to drill the holes in the cabinet.

    Purchased this microwave oven to replace my old new. It was easy install, direction and hardware were direct and simple. I would rated it 5 star, but the door hinge and door seems pretty cheaply made and not sure how long it will hold up to constant opening/closing of door.

    This microwave oven is almost an exact duplicate of the one that just stopped working after six years. There are a few new features but it certainly seems like the old one. The only issue with it is that the fan is loud.

    After reading the direction manual, I am learning how to use the microwave, but the control panel writing is not dark enough. If it were in a darker white, it would be much easier to read

    I bought this microwave and could not be happier. very easy to install and fit perfectly. as for how it cook/heats up food... i have used it for a few things including popcorn and meals and have no complaints.

    I love this micro, the door closes and opens gently. The less intrusive beeping when cook time is up. The buttons are slight touch. It is a gentle micro!
