One of my favorite features is that all the accents are stainless not plastic like done. It is easy to use looks nice. Only con is that it is a little louder than my old microwave. The installation instructions were not great but YouTube is fabulous!

This is a great microwave! Large and easy to use. Looks nice too.

Have only used it a few times but seems ok so far. The sound is pretty loud but haven't looked to see if it can be adjusted. Also, have to press pretty hard on keypad but again, haven't had a chance to see if that can be adjusted, either. I can always come back and update my review once we've been using it a little longer and if the above mentioned can be adjusted.

Love how well made and beautiful it looks in my kitchen. Love the dark interior and how easy it is to clean. The only downside is that is you have to press hard on the buttons. Other than that, it is extremely sturdy and easy to use.

I purchased this microwave to complete my new LG black stainless suite. I LOVE this product and the color us amazing on my white cabinets. The features are similar to the last LG model with a few updates. I would definitely recommend you buy this model/product.

When in a year the numbers stopped displaying correctly. It was under warranty and they replaced the part but within a year, it was doing it again.

This microwave has some very nice features. One issue is that the range we bought ended up causing a problem with the microwave because it got too hot, so make sure to turn on the vent fan when using your range.

Works well, but I can't give this 5 stars because it is missing the automatic timing feature my old microwave had. In other words, you can't just press the 3 and expect 3 minutes of cooking. You literally have to press the cook time and then minutes, or punch in 3-0-0-start. beep beep beep beep Yeah, sounds like a first world problem, but if you're used to the auto-time and you have to stop what you're doing to go find your glasses, it is an annoyance. It's a simple feature they probably should have included, given the price. Otherwise, it looks and works great.

This microwave, while not the best as far as features go, was just what I wanted. It is slightly smaller than some models but it fits better over the stove allowing better visual of items on the stove top. I find most microwave ovens are much bigger than my needs so this slightly smaller one suits me perfectly. I like the design and the no smudge fingerprint surface.

Sleek design that goes well with other black stainless appliance. However, the display leave much to be desired. It is plastic (which I didn't realize when buying online) that easily shows finger prints and smudges when wiped. The time display is also obscured and cut off when looking at it from an angled. The plastic will undoubtedly wear and break over time. All, in all, it function fine as microwave and vent, but lacks some of the quality craftsmanship the other appliances I bought in my LG kitchen suite.

Got this microwave for a great price. The size is great, big enough for everything ive needed. It also looks good too, and easy to clean. Ive had this for quite some time now, and its still working as it should

Microwave was easy to install clear instructions and templates included. Performance and ease of cleaning are as expected. over the counter lights and fan are good.

We bought this microwave to replace our previous LG that went out. We wanted something simple that was able to meet our needs and in our price range. This one hit the mark. Overall it was easy to install and looks great in our kitchen. The only things i would recommend be improved on the next model are, the interior light is not bright enough and the buttons have to be pushed pretty firmly. Other than those 2 things, the microwave is great.

This was 3rd microwave I purchased within a few months. First 2 same model. Didn’t heat well and very noisy! This one doesn’t warm or cook any better. It is quiet. But buttons so hard to push I’m going to call for service. I will not purchase another L.G. Please what is wrong with these LGs? I replaced one I had for 7 yrs.

Nice looking, nice price, buttons are harder to push than my previous GE microwave. More room than previous one. Will recommend

The microwave looks great and functions as I expected it to. It cooks a little hotter than my other microwave but found it easy to adjust the time.

So far it is working beautifully, as advertised. Installation was easy. The use is simple. I don't see anything that may not work properly in future. I am fond of the product

Very pleased with all the features on this microwave. Size is good and has a variety of options for settings. Price was excellent. Always love LG products.

The unit seems to be fine. Easy to use. Easy to clean. I installed it at a rental. The instructions were a little unclear. The templet for the cabinet bottom was intended to be placed against the underside of the cabinet. I placed it on the top side but figured out that was wrong. With clear instructions, I would have avoided that mistake. Worse, the instructions had the mounting screw holes mis-located; bad to discover after lifting the unit in place.
