The unit seems to be fine. Easy to use. Easy to clean. I installed it at a rental. The instructions were a little unclear. The templet for the cabinet bottom was intended to be placed against the underside of the cabinet. I placed it on the top side but figured out that was wrong. With clear instructions, I would have avoided that mistake. Worse, the instructions had the mounting screw holes mis-located; bad to discover after lifting the unit in place.

Our old microwave died. After checking options we decided this was perfect for us. Large size, many options and Matches our other appliances.

Looks nice and works great but everything about this unit is noisy whether your running it, opening/closing the door or using the vent fan. I had a GE Profile which was silent compared to this one however the GE was junk and fell apart in 6 years. I have to call in support because when its done running a fan (not the vent fan for stove) winds down and its very loud.

Great price for microwave. We love the LG products. Many options on the microwave and it's stays very clean. Easy to install

I upgraded from a white GE model. Stainless steel finish looks great. Installation took me a couple hours. All functions work well except the yellow led light in clock or timer does not match the cook range white led i paired this with.

Looks great heats up the food like it should. Good options but the buttons are a little hard to press. No big deal

Haven't used extensively yet but so far it's easy to use and fits existing space from previous over range microwave. The fan is a little loud.

While my Microwave wasn't perfect when shipped, the service calls to fix it were all free. Once the issue was corrected, it had no other issues and has been running perfectly. As a small caution to anyone else installing this to replace another model, it needs a space on the top larger than with other models for the vents to be unobstructed. Otherwise, you'll get a light whistling sound, but they'll still work fine.

I haven't used all the features on this microwave yet, but so far it seems very powerful and it was pretty easy to install.

Good looking and works well. I don't like the add 30 seconds feature, I prefer quick minutes.

Microwave works great but you have to push the buttons pretty hard on the key pad. We have the double oven range from LG and only need to lightly touch the buttons. Not sure why they made the microwave with the buttons that aren't touch sensitive. Pretty annoying.

Nice looking microwave. A little smaller than what I had prior and a little difficult to push the buttons. It works very efficiently and looks good.

Only 4 stars: Disappointed I bought a microwave that doesn’t have a display that is lite up. It is hard to see the display and so we are having to memorize the display to run the microwave. We have been using a flashlight when necessary. But really disappointed I didn’t know this at the time of purchase.

All the basic functions are included and a warm hold button. Works well.

So far everything is great with this microwave. It has enough power to cook well and was easy to install where the old one was with only minor adjustments. Looks good also.

Stylish in appearance, not too modern but very sharp. Lots of great features and functions. The reheat function is particularly effective; my leftovers come out evenly heated and taste like they were freshly cooked.

It was very easy to install, works wonderfully. I truly have no problems, I've seen reviews that said it was too loud, it sounds the same as any other microwave I've had. It's very simple to use.

We bought this microwave when our last LG kicked the bucket. I tried some repairs, but once you get to the magnetron it's really not worth it. This works fine and we've found the popcorn sensor to be just right. Totally worth trying that out. Reheating foods I'd say makes it a bit hot, but not bad. I don't find the buttons harder to push than normal, but I wouldn't say it light. In general a good overall Microwave that doesn't break the bank

Works fine. Easy to use. Cleans up well. I would recomendit to anyone who wnats a good basic unit.

Works great. We like that it has a timer on it that we can use for other food we may be cooking. Easy to use since this is similar to a lot of other microwaves.
