We moved in to an old condo. That was during winter. We also had always had central air. It was the first time we had a wall AC. It was loud, and did nothing. The condo got up to 85 degrees in the summer of 2024. This Spring we purchased this LG AC. 14,000 BTU. Much quieter, and with a small fan (we only use occasionally,) the whole area it cools, it makes such a difference. This summer, even in the high heat, the designated area only got to 73.5. We are very happy with the coverage, and easy to use 3 fan settings. We can move the grate the directs the fan to the direction we want. It also has a remote control. We like it so much, we told our neighbor, and they purchased one also; from Best Buy.

It cools very well but its kinda loud but I still like it

I liked the price of the air conditioner and the quality of the product however, when the air conditioner was delivered to my apartment it had came with a Big dent on the side of it! It must of have been dropped during it being shipped! I didn't bother returning it because the A.C. was working and it was very hot & I didn't want to suffer in this heat!

This was a great purchase. It fit exactly into the ac that was over 30 years on in my daughters' condo. It cools down the room and then some! Fairly quiet, it is efficient and effective as we have expected LG products to be. Thanks for the quick delivery so we could beat the heat!

I have a lot of LG products and decided to try this a/c unit. My last two burned out in a year each one, so hope LG comes thru. Read reviews about noise. This unit is not loud, the noise level is tolerable or non existent for me, the things gotta make some noise. Im not really sure how the dry mode works. The unit shuts off and wont restart, had a four degree difference from programmed temp. You think it would kick back on. Because i need the humidity out of here too. When its on cool mode doesnt seem to be removing humidity. I bought a dehumidifier to alleviate the situatiion easily and quickly. Will be contacting LG when I get time.

Helps keep our family room and kitchen cool on hot humid days. Some noise from unit as it runs, but nothing we can't deal with. Wall and window air conditioners just have that noise factor to deal with

Helps a lot when the temperature gets to the triple digits. My only gripe is when I purchased it, it said it came with the sleeve and when we installed it we found out it didn’t.

a little loud but very cold air. I would recommend this product due to it's cooling capacity for a large living room.

I was looking for a large BTU through-the-wall air conditioner. This 14,000 BTU 230V model was the largest through-the-wall unit I could find. It is doing a great job of cooling the space. It was easy to install in the existing space and easy enough to insulate around the unit.

I absolutely hate this air conditioner. It is unbelievably noisy making it necessary to crank the volume on the tv very high and sleeping difficult. Though energy saver is a nice feature it doesn't work well. The fan turning on every three minutes to allow the sensor to check the temp is truly annoying; loud enough to prevent sleep. Overall, I would not buy this again.

Great ac for living room and larger area. Quiet and cools quickly. Outside drain is difficult to see if it is happening as there isn’t a hose.

The AC unit I purchased is more than adequate in cooling the area it was purchased for. From the date it was purchased too the installation, I was very satisfied.

This was a “cool” purchase. Sorry. I’m amazed at how this small unit cools my entire 3 bedroom apartment. I have a table top fan to direct the cool air in the bedrooms. The AC is quiet and very efficient. I don’t have to turn up the volume of the TV while it’s running. It cools very quickly. So much easier to sleep in a cool room.

Overall, it’s good for a wall unit. I wish it was more quiet though.

I replaced my old LG unit with this one and it helped cool down the living room much quicker. Definitely loving it during these hot summer days!

This unit is perfect for my 600 sq ft living room. Very efficient and cools the room very fast with minimal sound. The installers did an excellent job.

Product seems good but it was delivered broken. Must have been dropped.
