Wish I could give this 5 stars, but.. the door is the entire front of this microwave. It is nearly impossible for me to open it and stand clear of the door. Cannot tell you how annoying this is! Would be fine for taller people with long arms. Otherwise, has large capacity, functions well and has more features than I need.

This microwave looks go modern and sleek. It fits perfectly in the existing space. It works as expected. Very happy with the purchase. Too soon to review on reliability. Time will tell.

overall i like the microwave but there are certain things i don’t like such as there are no backlights on the controls makes it hard to see without lights on .And if your under 5 ‘7” you cannot see the food cooking .

We ordered this microwave for a condominium unit and it was kept safely in the box for 2 months before the renovation was complete and it could be installed. It worked twice then failed to heat at all. Power, vent fan, lights, rotating platter all working, but absolutely no heating. Because of the time elapsed between purchase and installation, the return date has expired. Geek Squad came out and replaced the magnetron but that didn't work so a 2nd visit will be required after waiting for more parts to be shipped. The microwave has to be uninstalled every time they service it, and it takes 3 failed repairs before Best Buy will just replace the unit. I called and asked for a new unit and was denied. I called LG at Best Buy's request and they said they cannot issue a return authorization until they send their own technician out to attempt repairs. All this when trying to use the home one weekend out of every couple of months, and the repair team requires someone the unit during repairs. Tricky when we are not there and the only times we can be there are when we are trying to enjoy a little break from work (without a functioning microwave). No new microwave should fail after 2 uses and in my book is a lemon without having to suffer through up to 3 repair visits and months of inability to use the unit. All reps have been friendly and professional, but if this is what "Total Rewards" buys you, the program could be FAR more forgiving on products that fail out of the gates. Just offer a replacement unit---at $300, it's far less expensive than sending a team of 2 technicians 3 times, and unmeasurably more convenient for the customer. Questioning my choice of LG and Best Buy for the first time ever....

So far so good. Heats really good and does not make a lot a noise.

This oven does everything we want it to do. And it is very easy to use.

The microve works very well. It looks great too! The only complaint I have is the fingerprints that stay after each use. Its nothing a little Windex cant fix.

this microwave is a piece of garbage and the LG support is even worse. After 2.5 years the unit stopped heating for no reason (usually the magnetron). The magenetron has a 10 year warranty but LG will not honor it unless their technician visits for a flat rate of $370 WHICH IS MORE THAN THE MICROWAVE COSTS. unbelievable that Best Buy would sell such a piece of junk

Very well designed, solid construction and it looks very nice. installing was easier than expected. Highly recommended.

I love the sleek look. It took me awhile to get used to not having the handle on the front, it looks so much better without it. I’m very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.

Easy installation, especially if you previously had GE . The side handle is much more comfortable

Everything is Great so far and the style snd color matched our current appliances. Indtallation was quick and easy. Geek Squad did an excellent job

I'm still getting to know all the features of this microwave..the one it replaced was around 25 years old and microwave ovens have come a long way since then.

Nice looking microwave. Works excellent and it’s easy to use. The pre programmed meal times are a plus! And the cleaning it’s extremely easy!!!

I love this microwave! It is easy to use and quick and efficient. And I love the music to tell me when my food is ready!
