    Very pleased with our purchase. Although we were hesitant at first to try something beyond the normal brand the LG microwave has exceeded our expectations. The staff at BestBuy were extremely helpful as we had to cancel our first order due to manufacturer delays.

    i Love the large window, touch screen, and design. Easy to operate. I wish the lights underneath were a bit brighter.

    Love the overall convenience of this microwave with the ability to have a plate of food reheated by touching just 3 buttons. The food comes out evenly and throughly reheated but not burning hot. Wish I had this sooner. Worth the money!

    I like how clean and finished the space looks above our stove. I dont like that its $200 cheaoer since we purchased 46 days ago.

    We just got this last week (Feb 2023) and it cooks fine. I am still deciding if we're going to keep it or not. The buttons are not backlit and if it's night time, I can't see them at all. I have had lots of microwaves, and the buttons have never been backlit, but I could still see them in a dark kitchen. These buttons do not light up and I cannot see them in the dark kitchen. This might be a dealbreaker for me. I will update my review when I decide.
