    It stopped working after 3 months. Dealing with LG to get it fixed and then ultimately replaced was awful and excruciating. LG made sure I understood that customer support is not something they care about. It took me months to resolve the situation and actually have a functioning microwave. If you care about your customer service experience after you give a company money, I cannot recommend LG in any way. If you want a microwave that works longer than 3 months, look elsewhere.

    I really enjoy this microwave. It seems like the fan is a bit loud but not awful. Installed ourselves - had a little difficulty getting it to install flush, but finally got it. I have been using it for a couple of weeks. So far, I would recommend it.

    Nice microwave. I used it for about 1 year. I had no problems. You can put any number of seconds in the timer or going in steps of 30 seconds. It is very easy to use the automatic timing for different kinds of food. The fan has 4 speeds and the light 2 intensity levels. I wish it had LED light
