The microwave functions well, but because the door is black, it's very hard to see the icons on the door. Even turning the light on, only shines down on the stove.

I'm sure the cooking features work well. The heat of the light underneath is extremely hot and I absolutely cannot see the words and numbers on the microwave and seems difficult for me to open.

I’m happy with over the range microwave itself but very disappointed at Best Buy installer. Despite several back and forth, I would say the install service doesn’t deserve PROFESSIONAL title, at least, that was what I was charged for. I think a rookie would do a better job than Best Buy installer. Is there anyway I can get my money back?
