    Overall appears to be solid and quality product, but the motor that rotates the turntable tray intermittently makes rattling/ratcheting noise.

    We love this microwave! Of importance has been the cooking light and the ability to read the buttons in low light settings - middle of the night, for instance! The sensor cooking is great - saves time and guessing. Definitely the right choice for us.

    My only concern is that the hand pull for the door is on the right side of the door, so if the stove is at the end of a wall and in a corner, you would need to leave a gap on the right side of the microwave to be able to open the door.

    Make sure you have an outlet designated for the microwave. I didn’t know??!! All finally done! Issues with Best Buy in Springfield Ohio since 9/5/22 finally completed 12/5/22! Customer Service is full of excuses!! Never going to the Springfield Ohio store again. I’ve had good success with the Beavercreek Store!

    This is a replacement for one that died. It’s a different brand but matches my other appliances perfectly. The tune that plays when the cycle is done is very annoying and keeps repeating. The menu on the side is in tiny print. Otherwise I’m happy with it.

    I like the features and the look with no handle. The only complaint I would have is that the popcorn button has no way to fine tune the cooking time. The first time I used the popcorn button it slightly scorched the popcorn.

    This was a Consumer Reports recommended Microwave. It works well, but seems a bit under powered for an over the range microwave. So far, we are quite happy with what it does, now that we are more familiar with the cooking times. The sensors are very good.
