Have only had it a couple of weeks ro so. Doing ok , but a little noisy. I have not previously had a LG appliance.

It looks great when installed. The glass front and the metal part are very quick to get dirty, but nothing wrong with cleaning an appliance. Just because other appliances don't show the gross stuff, doesn't mean they aren't still gross and dirty. The 1 star review is because it stopped working after about 19 months. Less than 2 years old and it's dead. Absolutely not acceptable for a $400 appliance that is rarely used.

This is the best Microwave I purchased. BestBuy totaltech crew installation was also very swift and done by professionals. Very satisfied

The control panel stopped working after less than 2 years of ownership. I followed the troubleshooting steps and contacted customer support, but it requires a technician visit. Disappointing and I would not recommend this model
