    1. Door had to he cloaed by pushing uppe4 rt corner or it doesnt close all the way. 2. Uses halogen light under microwave: very hot and heats up inside microwave to wete inside plate can burn you. Can replace with led at your ecspense.

    First crew installed the microwave incorrectly where all the exhaust wasn't going out the exhaust vent, but back into the kitchen. A crew came out to fix it. They determined that the first crew failed to install the vent connection and did not leave it behind. They called to order the part, but said that was not possible so they ordered a new microwave to replace the perfectly good microwave. Next a crew comes out with the new microwave, the do a great job installing it, Everything worked great except the microwave. It doesn't function well. Now I have them scheduled to pick it up next week. 3 strikes and you're out. I give up and am shopping elsewhere for a new microwave.
