Great product , air fryer, all computer smart cooking

Horrible product! Stopped heating 1 month after purchase, unfortunately the return policy for an appliance is only 14 days at Best Buy. It was a nightmare to get a tech to come out to fix the issue. After 2 visits the and LG sent broken parts (Magnetron) for replacement. It's been 4 months since I bought it and still no help. The LG tech keeps canceling and LG customer support is absolutely useless
