    Worked good up until today aug 27th of 24 purchased it on may of 23.. I paid for service yet cant figure out how to make a claim.. comon worstbuy

    Worst purchase ever! This microwave stopped working after a few months. It took geek squad multiple visits requiring us to take time off work to accommodate them while they ordered various parts in order to fix the problem. Ultimately, they determined that they needed to replace the microwave so we received another one of the same model and after a few months it also stopped working. We're now on week 3 without a functioning microwave and very frustrated. The microwave we had prior to this worked for 11 years with no issues. They don't make things the way they used to.

    3 weeks after purchase, it did a complete shutdown 3 different times. Last week the microwave stopped heating. LG tech came to repair it on the 3rd, but did not have the right parts- they automatically order a new magnotrometer, apparently they go out quite often. After troubleshooting they are ordering a new transformer. If returning the microwave was an option, I would have a different microwave right now.

    Microwave nightmare

    The actual microwave functions properly. The problem is counting on Best Buy to stand behind their subcontracted installer horrible. The installer sent asked for help removing and installing the microwave. The installer asked for a ladder. In the end, the microwave is cocked at an angle. Because I wasted money being a Totaltech member, BB customer service did nothing but offer me a $20 gift card for my troubles. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they would not speak with me. The agent on the phone was less than cooperative. I offered my telephone number and asked for a supervisor to call me. Nothing happened and I moved on. I have been a loyal BB customer for over 25 years and have never had this happen. Wow. I guess good customer service is truly dead. Be careful.

    Horrible. Second LG that smart diagnostic says no issue but stops heating. Stopped working 1 mobth after warranty expired

    The air flow is not as strong as my old Lg even do they have the same rating but you get what you pay it was on sale but will have to exchange it for something else

    Need help to replace the defective microwave

    Unfortunately the microwave has some problem with a terrible sound when open the door. I called several time to customer service and it was agreed to replace on September 19th. But no one showed up to replace. We will be out of town for several weeks from Tuesday. The main problem is when we will be back we will loss the warranty period. I requested them to come November 23rd, the customer service agrees, but didn’t send any confirmation. When I callled the rep hold my phone for long time and then disconnected. I am purchasing Best Buy appliances for last three decades. This is worst experience I have so far. Really appreciate if I get a confirmation paper that the microwave can be replaced on November 23rd, when I will return!

    There has been no delivery, store hasn’t assisted me with information and geek squad customer support line hasn’t helped resolve my complaint.

    Worked great for a year and five months. At a year and five months it broke, it stopped heating up the food. We replaced the magnetron and it still not does heat up the food. Waste of money, do not recommend.

    Microwave worked well until it didn't. It worked right past the 1 year mark then stopped heating. LG support said it was out of warranty and I'm out of luck. Very disappointing.

    15 days after its warranty expired I got an “insert food” promot and my machine will not work. It would he a “flat rate” of $400 to send a tech out. What? Thats more than the microwave itself!

    Item was delivered as open box or similar even I purchased new one. There are five defects - damages on front and side panels, glass inside has pots damages (cannot be removed). Steel surface inside has scratches. I requested replacement and lost all Saturday but no one came in. And website and Customer service continued to provide wrong information that exchange will happened today. Bad quality item and bad service Not recommend.

    Dispite the description of features, this unit does not support scan to cook nor does it work with alexa, google, bixby, siri, or any others. When I got it, the front panel number buttons didn't work at all.
